Come on C, this is ATS, a place where the worst fantasies that conservatives can contrive are published everyday and taken as high probabilities. Of course I know how difficult an amendment to the Constitution would be. NOW. But I"m not talking about now, I"m talking about four years from now, well into his second term. Who knows what he will be trying and how many will be cheering him. Honestly, I have as little hope for us if he wins as you do if the Ds stay in..... and I have little hope for us if they do....

Its ALWAYS difficult to change the Constitution. Our founders made it that way, so as not to be buffeted constantly by political winds.

Trump isn't able to change that.

You listen to too much leftist propaganda. There is zero indication Trump wants to do more than 4.
Besides, he would have the same difficulty with AGE. He may not even survive the 4 years.

So yes, suspending/altering the Constitution so that Trump can do a third term is about as likely as that egg shaped rock in my collection hatching a dragon.

But then, I am able to look at the 4 years of Trump, and see the things that should be obvious to everyone.

Could you list the wars Trump got us into? No?, Ok, how about what the push to unleash the energy sector did for the eeconomy? No, still drawing a blank aren't you. Well, the good news is, when Trump wins, we will all get to see if it was his policies that worked, or if it was really the carefull planing Obama did over his 8 years that just happened to bear fruit during Trump's presidency.
