There was a conspiracy called The Pegasus Project which may relate to this.
That story says they sent children back in time to significant events, even being able to interact, because apparently the Butterfly Effect is BS.
A proponent (wackadoo crazy person) even went and talked to George Nooray about his time traveling escapades in the super secret program. Claimed he
was even photographed.

That pegg project is a good one. With the cd disks being the predominate storage media, that means the time travel experiments were in the past.
Literally before usb thumb drives, sd cards, and cheep large hard drives. I presume early laptops and note book computers but they presume desk top
computers. But then where would you plug in your desk top in a pyramid? If true, I would think they would include drawings of the generators because
they were the noisy parts.
I think the one from 'Red Dworf' is a good one. Kennedy was the second shooter on the grassy knoll. He time traveled to eliminate himself from being
such a bad president that he would have become.
One of the top links is to the NSA.gov page titled
"UFO and other Paranormal Information"
You'll see the FOIA frequent requests list. The list is every inquiry (FOIA) made regarding the paranormal/UFOs/conspiracies which resulted in "no
information"
If it's theories about conspiracies that stretch my ability to suspend my disbelief, I suppose the two that I would consider to be the most bat-#
crazy are the astr0 thing, and anything having to do with "super soldiers".
It has been a crazy time trying to get some situational awareness on it. I can see why congress is having a tough time with some of the issues. I
don't see things improving while we are all in the dark about it. As the WHO moves to create a one world dictatorship looks like the attack is well
underway. But that is just crazy talk, is it?
The craziest conspiracy is that conspiracy theorist are crazy...
That right there is the most insane of them all...
I think people are waking up to it now too.
What's so crazy about making a quick buck catering to a niche market (which is still part of the entertainment industry), 2 Timothy 4:3,4 style? Alex
Jones has made millions acting crazy (and angry). Acting crazy for profit and entertainment reasons doesn't actually make you crazy.
That looks more like greed and selfishness than insanity.
It's a very profitable niche market for some...
“For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the wholesome* [Or “healthful; beneficial.”] teaching, but according to their
own desires, they will surround themselves with teachers to have their ears tickled.* [Or “to tell them what they want to hear.”] They will turn
away from listening to the truth and give attention to false stories.” (2 Timothy 4:3,4)
Including conspiracy theories that aren't true.
