Taking civilian hostages is a war crime.
Got that?

One person's terrorist is another person's freedom fighter...see how that works?

While you're cheering on anti-Semitism, this isn't it.
People protesting for equal human rights isn't picking sides. It's for preservation of life on both sides. They're protesting bombardment of refugee camps and killing of civilians. Nobody wants the same to be done to the other side.

Ground penetrating technology would show them layouts,
It's a paved over massive city. You want Israel to walk in with ground radar equipment and do a survey? really? Getting shot and and ambushed the whole time. Yeah .... That's unrealistic.

October 7th wasn't 'freedom fighting'.
Nothing about it was 'freedom fighting'.
It was pure evil and it was terrorism.
Nothing else.

How easy is this, Israeli soldiers even have the map given to them.
but do have a map of where every entrance/ exit could be and are.
just like vietnam the terrorist could pop up anywhere in the 300 miles of tunnels known to exist.
they could have dug new entrance / exit shafts at anytime and probably have since july. that's part of the problem, the tunnels could be ever changing when hamas knows something has been detected.
So they don't have ground penetrating technology?

How do you negotiate the release of hostages by making concessions to terrorists who openly state their intention to do it all over again, and again?
Will only lead to more attacks, more hostages.
Not good.

At the end of June 2023, the Israel Prison Service (IPS) was holding 147 Palestinian minors in detention or in prison on what it defined âsecurityâ grounds. At that time, the IPS was also holding 26 Palestinian minors for being in Israel illegally.
At the end of 2020, the IPS adopted a new policy and stopped providing B'Tselem with the requested figures. Instead, it has since published some data on the IPS website every three months. The first year this occurred (July 2020 through September 2021), the figures published were partial and therefore are not included here.
In addition, at times, some Palestinians are briefly held in military facilities. The figures from the military are received with a significant time delay and provide no details regarding inmatesâ legal standing.
The following figures were provided or published by the military and the IPS, so responsibility for their accuracy lies with them.

Israelâs regime of apartheid and occupation is inextricably bound up in human rights violations. BâTselem strives to end this regime, as that is the only way forward to a future in which human rights, democracy, liberty and equality are ensured to all people, both Palestinian and Israeli, living between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea.

Does that even work under buildings and obstacles ?

They are not freedom fighters, under the US terrorist groups most wanted all the jihadist are terrorist groups, the UN terrorist sponsored countries decided to use the name freedom fighters, how convenient, because they are funding hamas and all the middle eastern terrorist groups jihad against Israel and now the US as per Iran own accord.

But kidnapping Palestinian children is acceptable , not charged with anything just held on "securityâ grounds.

I guess there's a difference between official kidnapping and unofficial Kidnapping.

For the very last time, that is just not true.
Release the hostages, then open to a humanitarian pause.
Is what he actually said.

Illegal immigrants being detained?
How shocking.
Doesn't happen anywhere else in the World?
Yes, it does.
They aren't held as hostages.
Gaza is described by many Palestinians and humanitarian actors as the worldâs largest open-air prison. 1.94 million Palestinians live behind a blockade and are refused access to the other occupied Palestinian areas and the rest of the world.
7 out of 10 Palestinians in Gaza are registered as refugees, and many of these come from families who were forced to leave their villages in 1948. Many have also been forced to leave their homes due to war and violence.
Four years after the Israeli attack on Gaza in 2014, 23,500 Palestinians in Gaza are still unable to return to their homes.
