and when he gets Joe's bank records he can. Either the withdraws exist showing these loans, or they don't. But nobody will be taking Jamie Raskin's word for it.

He has 10 years with of financial documents for James. He can easily see if James received any large sums of money from Joe now. The fact that Raskin has said he's seen seen those records and Comer isn't refuting him by saying those records don't exist should tell you everything you need to know.
