I know but the issue of "Shield" doesn't make sense for me. This is for a reason, which is that they want to keep the hostages alive for political or financial gain. They could have just killed them if they don't need the hostages.

It’s a Hamas jihad. They attacked and killed civilians on Oct 7. And took hostages as human shields and bargaining. All violations of international law.

I think it’s the same attitude kamikaze pilots took on. The jihadis don’t have much, they are brainwashed and kept on a leash by the religious Hamas. Getting rewarded in the afterlife becomes appealing.

You're right about that their actions is not legal as per international law. I would wait for sometime before my final verdict on the hostages issue.

I’m sure the reason Hamas masses their military members and equipment around residential areas, hospitals, and mosques because they don’t like long commutes.

Yes. Sarcasm.

Now you have the issue Hamas “tells” their civilians to ignore warnings. Do nothing to evacuate them. And do nothing to shelter them. Strange Hamas has miles of tunnels under residential areas, but never offers them for shelters for civilians.

What do you think it means to be a hostage?

I understand that eventually they might put militia near homes which puts civilian lives in danger. I'm also sure that Israelis did bomb too many buildings and even UN schools where none of Hamas militants exist including 27 ambulances.

I know it is a war, but I believe that "both" sides, it does not matter how evil they are, should be more cautious and value human life. Which is not likely to happen, but it should happen.

We have addressed these points before

It is an awful experience for sure, but I have seen the interview with the old Israeli woman that Hamas released.
She said that the conditions where humane in my opinion. Of course she didn't like the experience, but it is war.

It is being alleged that many Hamas hostages died from indiscriminate IDF fire early on, which suggests the Hannibal Doctrine got replaced by one that includes civilian hostages.

They don't even pretend not to be fascists anymore, it's straight up blood and honor now.

Lots of propaganda, but we are seeing less than 2 people killed per attack. I still see 3500 children killed in mainstream media, and that number has been there for like 2 weeks, so where are the piles of dead children? Hamas is building its HQ and another military structure as refugee camps. They also have built much of their military infrastructures under hospitals, schools, and highly dense areas, so it is amassing that more people have not died, it seems Israel is being very controlled in how they attack and not just bombing everything as many suggest. One can just do the math if they are at 8000 strikes and 9000 people have died this isn't a kill anything that moves event and each strike is a very surgical method.

Are you sure or just following what fits your narrative? Where were the 27 ambulances? Were they in the parking lot of that one hospital suggested IDF bombed it then we saw it was most likely a failed Hamas rocket into the parking lot?

At the moment I don't have enough information about their location. An old news reports said it was 27, but later increased to 32. I didn't investigate the incidents one by one.

This is not necessary now. What is necessary is to remove Netanyahu before he burns the plant. You don't realize what it means for US/Russia to bring nuclear weapons to the battle ground. Just imagine how many cities around world will be destroyed in WWIII with nuclear weapons. The crazy world is heading for a WWIII and people are still debating Hamas vs Israel worthless battle.

I don't know how old you are, but I have heard the "Russia is going to use nukes" about a million times now over the years. BTW what does Gaza have anything to do with Russia? They just went over 300k of their own soldiers dead, do you really think they care about 9k in Gaza?

What are you going to Chicken Little in 4 months from now and no nukes have been used?

Judging by the amount of TNT unloaded on Gaza they've dropped one little boy by the end of October already, about 18 kilotons.

How is the additional radiation going to help? And why are people in here the Chicken Littles, not the moron minister who lost his job over his disclosure of a nuclear option?

Shameful and ignorant that a INTERNATIONALLY

I used to actually fly nukes around the world. World of difference between 9000 independent air strikes and a nuke. Nukes will not happen because it is suicide. WWIII will not happen because no one really cares about Gaza other than to use it to denounce Israel. I don't think you have a clue about the power the US could bring to the battlefield, but all these other nations know and they want none of that, even Russia or China.

Chicken Little as people keep saying the sky is falling, and it isn't. No one really wants the US in a war. Especially after 20 years of real-world training and improvements that no one can even come close to what we have.

You're not wrong here. It may sound as an accident and as an unfortunate comment but the some sort of an attack with a nuke may have been discussed and it could be an option. But it's a really bad option as Gaza is inside Israel...

You will never get a two state solution. Bottom line is Hamas would never agree to it. The Israelis gave them complete control over gaza and the palistinian authority took over control of the west Bank. As you can see the PA didn't attack it was Hamas gaza has always been the more radical elements in the region. This is why Egypt spent a decade removing them from the Saini peninsula. There is a reason Egypt destroyed smuggling tunnels into Egypt.

No one wants to take over Gaza the population is to radical. Until they change there will be no peace. Realize this is the population that drug a dead woman in the back of a pickup just so gazans could spit on her dead body.

Hamas has the support of the of the population of Gaza they are ok with them attacking Israel and killing women and children. In my opinion that means Gaza brought this on themselves even now they could be pressuring Hamas to stop notice they are not doing that.

And yet the US Policy still argues for a two state solution. A few days ago even Biden said, reflecting on talks he had with his advisors, looking forward we can see a two state solution. I think the result is predetermined regardless of what the two sides are doing at the moment.

Very unlikely the Gaza population is so radical as half of them are kids. Then from what it remains half of them are women. The bombing campaign apart from killing thousands of innocent civilians has also another effect, it can radicalise people who lost friends and relatives.
