The fence was pretty secure. Just not against bulldozers and explosives.

And yes, you do blame Israel for October 7th.

This hasn't aged well....

"If the fence was secured that would have never happened. Once the fence is secured Hamas can do nothing and Israel will have no excuse bombing innocent civilians. Hamas has very limited power regardless of their ideology. They can do nothing much if the fence is secured."

Apart from launching thousands of rockets and missiles at Israeli civilians?

You good with that?

How about if Hamas were to stop doing that.

Might be a start. No?

Should we blame Israeli PTB for not alerting their people or putting the borders on high alert when they supposedly received intel the night before Oct. 7th?

Isn't that like blaming the woman for being raped because she was out at night?

Shouldn't it be blaming the police when they knew a rapist was roaming around in her neck of the woods and not informing the public?

Shouldn't it be blaming the rapist? you know, the one who actually did the crime.

"The idea that Israel is unaccountable and not subject to international law is a fantasy."

Not my idea.

Innocent until proven guilty in a Court of Law.

I believe that this is something that you have championed many times.

Except when it comes to Israel, apparently.

Has there been an independent investigation by independent experts, who need to be on the ground?

Has there been a ruling in an International Court?

No.

So apply your own standards to yourself.

Otherwise, it's pure hypocrisy.

No?

Nah you can try better than that.
You argued that I blame Israel for what Hamas did.

You made an claim a few posts back that I blame Israel for October the 7th.

Iam not blaming Israelis for what Hamas did on the 7th of October. I am blaming Israeli Security Officials for their inability and incompetence to secure their border that has never been penetrated this way before as far as I know.

So your argument doesn't stand at all.

The hypocrisy is yours I am afraid.

Innocent until proven guilty it's the general rule. No doubt about it.

But Israel has admitted their wrongdoings already

Forced expulsion is a war crime and they have ordered millions to move south while they have been bombing them.

Cutting off electricity and water is a form of form of collective punishment and hence a war crime.

These are facts

Yes try can launch whatever they want but this can never have any of the effects we have seen on the 7th of October. It has a minimal effect.

Another lost argument...

If the woman was forewarned then the events may not have happened at all.

Never blamed Israel for what Hamas did or the Israeli people.

It's the usual strawman arguments by carpy

This is from my posts above

Iam not blaming Israelis for what Hamas did on the 7th of October. I am blaming Israeli Security Officials for their inability and incompetence to secure their border that has never been penetrated this way before as far as I know.

It's clear what I said.

Answer me this, if Israel PTB knew of a potential strike the night before Oct. 7th and did nothing, how many lives could have been saved on Oct. 7th? Forewarned is forearmed.

Hand waving.

Try telling that to the Israeli civilians on the receiving end.

So, do you not call for Hamas to stop doing this?

You are not the sole arbiter as to who is right and wrong.

Sheer arrogance.
