As Israel bombards Gaza, media organisations and researchers are investigating what happened at the al-Ahli Arab Hospital where officials say hundreds were killed...
However, the conclusions of two analyses published on Friday express serious doubt in that narrative – and found that the projectile that hit the hospital was fired from the direction of Israel.
Forensic Architecture, a research group based at the University of London, analysed photos of the impact crater at the scene, saying that “patterns of radial fragmentation on the southwest side of the impact crater, as well as a shallow channel leading into the crater from the northeast” indicate the projectile likely came from the northeast – “the direction of the Israeli-controlled side of the Gaza perimeter”.
Chris Cobb-Smith, an investigator and explosives expert, also agreed the evidence indicated the projectile may have come from the opposite direction claimed by the Israeli military, according Forensic Architecture.
This lined up with the conclusions of a so-called “Doppler Effect analysis” by the Earshot audio investigation group, which looked at sound waves related to distance, and found that the missile likely approached from the northeast, east, or southeast, but not from the west as Israel’s military has claimed.
Doha, Qatar – Al Jazeera’s Sanad Agency has investigated the Israeli claim that the bombing of Gaza’s al-Ahli Arab Hospital was the result of a rocket misfire from Palestinian Islamic Jihad and not a result of Israel’s relentless bombing of the Gaza Strip since October 7.
Sanad’s investigation analysed time-coded footage from several sources, including a live broadcast by an Al Jazeera journalist at the time.
Israel has lied so many times when things like this happen over this endless war that we should just assume, by this stage, that they are lying in every instance. Who doesn't think this looks exactly like an IDF action? It's exactly their MO.

If a missile malfunctions, it can go all over the place, it can loop or even shoot sideways or even straight up or down or go backwards or spiral. Seen some pictures of the trails of rockets that went berserk over the years.. I would speculate that if the missile malfunctioned it was possibly in the guidance system.

There is a case building that it was an airburst ordnance that was used to maximize casualties while minimizing structural damage. With all the people outside the hospital due to the crowed conditions, they did not have a chance.
How the roof of the cars have been pushed down is evidence that the point of explosion was above the hospital and not on impact with the ground.
Brighteon Broadcast News, Oct 19, 2023 - New video evidence points to Israeli AIR BURST bomb striking al-Ahli hospital grounds
Thee also appears to be a few small ground impact sites rather than just one big one that does fit with an air burst explosive.

How Many Gaza Palestinians Were Killed by Hamas Rockets in May? An Estimate
By Dr. Alex Safian
June 27, 2021
besacenter.org...
Hamas aims to kill as many Israeli civilians as possible, but its rockets place both Israelis and Palestinians in peril, because many of those rockets—in this case 680—misfire and explode inside Gaza. The death and destruction caused is, of course, usually blamed on Israel. The question addressed here is how many Palestinians are likely to have been killed by these errant Palestinian rockets in May. The estimate arrived at is 91, amounting to 36% of the alleged Palestinian death toll.

Used this in another thread.
Of course you did, must be some friendly spam then.
Maybe you can tell us what kind of missile Hamas used to produce this damage, since you seem to know it all?
