War does cause senseless deaths and benefits whom?

Dropping bombs on the homes of civilians, killing those that are just trying to live their lives, until you have killed enough that the leaders engaged in that war finally decided to agree, is a extremely poor way to settle a disagreement.

Killing innocent people, creates fear and hate, creates great divides, and prevents all hope for peace.

Our government wants to brainwash us into thinking that it is our duty to fight and die for our country, when there has been no aggression against us outside of this country, to make that justified.

We face more destruction and harm from our own government than any foreign country at this moment.

Things are looking a bit unsteady at the moment, but a call to arms when so many people are struggling to keep their head above water, and losing their homes to exorbitant rises in our cost of living, ridiculous insurance premiums, and borderline thievery in property taxes, does not look very promising.

Billions being spent in wars in other countries, while millions of Americans are being nutritionally deprived, is not going to make people sign up with the military.

So they have to use another tactic. Pearl Harbor had a many men rushing to stand in line to join the fight. I don't know if stirring up feelings of hate, or love for God, and country is going to be enough this time.

Pissing people off doesn't make for rational thought or for great discernment.
