Because you have a guaranteed right to be offensive if you want, with very little restriction. Obscenity, certain kinds of criminal activity and sedition/treason, are the criminal exceptions to your right.

There are some civil restrictions, such as liable and slander.

But other than that, you get to be just as offensive as you please.

I'm not sure if you are directing your question at me but I suppose this is true because my comment precedes yours. First of all, I'm not Islamic apologist, what I care about is innocent humans on both sides of conflict. That means I care about Ukrainian, Russian, Israeli and Palestinians civilians. Regardless of religion, I'm apologist to all humans.

The issue of Jewish migration needs historical information that I'm not aware of. I believe that they have the right to have their own country.

Exterminate every Jew, If you're directing your speech at me, I find this offensive. I'm not into or have never mentioned that I want, support, wish, think, thought or might think in the future of something like this.
