its incredibly fast moving as we slide closer to a wider war..
That's what I am thinking but it can still be prevented.
As for International Law, it does exist but the most powerful don't want to be accountable...
Or Hamas that uses human shields, store weapons in mosques and so on. And kidnap and use hostages. Make bad mistakes like Iran shooting down a passenger jet and try to blame others. The truth came out about Flight 752. Hopefully the truth comes out about the hospital and the convey deaths.
Israel’s Defence Forces (the IDF) has released intercepted conversations, claiming to be from Hamas operatives acknowledging the strike on the al-Ahli Arab Hospital had been caused by a misfire from Palestinian militants.
As part of a package of information released by Israel to deny its responsibility for the attack, the IDF posted a conversation between two Hamas operatives.
“It’s from us?” asks a first operative. “It looks like it. They are saying that the shrapnel from the missile is local shrapnel and not like Israeli shrapnel,” says the second operative.
TRANSCRIPT OF INTERCEPT CALL BETWEEN HAMAS TERRORIST OPERATIVES
HAMAS OPERATIVE #1: I’m telling you this it the first time that we see a missile like this falling, and so that’s why we are saying it belongs to the Palestinian Islamic Jihad.
HAMAS OPERATIVE #2: What?
HAMAS OPERATIVE #1: They are saying it belongs to Palestinian Islamic Jihad.
HAMAS OPERATIVE #2: It’s from us?
HAMAS OPERATIVE #1: It looks like it!
HAMAS OPERATIVE #2: Who says this?
HAMAS OPERATIVE #1: They are saying that the shrapnel from the missile is local shrapnel and not like Israeli shrapnel.
HAMAS OPERATIVE #2: What are you saying, [NAME WITHHELD]? [PAUSE] But, God bless, it couldn’t have found another place to explode?
HAMAS OPERATIVE #1: Never mind, yes, [NAME WITHHELD], they shot it from the cemetery behind the hospital.
HAMAS OPERATIVE #2: What?
HAMAS OPERATIVE #1: They shot it coming from the cemetery behind the Al-Ma’amadani Hospital – and it misfired and fell on them.
HAMAS OPERATIVE #2: There’s a cemetery behind it?
HAMAS OPERATIVE #1: Yes, Al-Ma’amadani is exactly in the compound.
HAMAS OPERATIVE #2: Where is it when you enter the compound?
HAMAS OPERATIVE #1: You first enter the compound and don’t go toward the city and it’s on the right side of the Al-Ma’amadani Hospital.
HAMAS OPERATIVE #2: Yes, I know it.

Yes, hopefully it comes out.
Right now the priority should be to stop the way and further hostilities because the incident in the hospital will look like a minor event. Priority should be peace.
If you count all the dead people there are more than 5,000 dead from both sides.
The Palestinians chose no agreement over one that did not meet the bare minimum supported by international law and most nations of the world. For years this consensus view supported the establishment of a Palestinian state on the pre-1967 lines with minor, equivalent land swaps that would allow Israel to annex some settlements. The Palestinian capital would be in East Jerusalem, with sovereignty over the holy site known to Jews as the Temple Mount and to Muslims as the Noble Sanctuary or al-Aqsa mosque compound, and overland contiguity with the rest of the Palestinian state. Israel would withdraw its forces from the West Bank and release Palestinian prisoners. And Palestinian refugees would be offered compensation, a right to return not to their homes but to their homeland in the State of Palestine, acknowledgment of Israel’s partial responsibility for the refugee problem, and, on a scale that would not perceptibly change Israel’s demography, a return of some refugees to their pre-1948 lands and homes.

This from The Sunday Times YT channel… could be fake, if not, it’s confirmation of a rocket launched from a graveyard behind the hospital, malfunctioning and falling in the vicinity of the hospital's grounds.

Or maybe just Hamas not booby trap convoy routes and use better equipment/ have better training so they don’t kill their own civilians trying to kill Jews.

They shouldn't and nobody approved of their tactics. But the war must come to an end.
Both sides have committed war crimes. And the numbers speak for themselves.

But you want to weaponize international law against Israel and give the as horrendous if not more horrendous war crimes of terrorists a pass.
You, like many don’t actually care about justice.

The existence of Hamas doesn't justify disproportional response or war crimes.

Black flags on mosques in Iran.
Tehran streets are filled.
Beruit streets.
Amman streets.
And Biden decides to head into Israel?
Man, this is weird...
Just in case people dont know ( i didnt until i searched)
According to hadith (prophetic tradition or report), the black flag was the battle flag of the Prophet Muhammad and it was carried into battle by many of his companions. The image of the black flag has been used as a symbol of religious revolt and engagement in battle (i.e., jihad).
Well, I'm'a just say this.
There's a reason radical Muslims adopted terrorism. Once WW1 is over, they realized they could no longer defeat the "infidels" through traditional military conflict. Western nations had advanced well beyond them in both technology and tactics. So they resorted to asymmetric warfare.
If they wanna go en masse with the West, they're gonna lose. Numbers alone will not save them. Yes there's 2 billion Muslims, but they're not all fanatical enough to fight.
I hope it doesn't come to that.

"Disproportional response" ... the idiocy of that statement during wartime by some is unbelievable. In a war, the winning side ALWAYS has a bigger 'response'. That is how they win. If both sides hit each other at the same fire power, then no one wins and the war goes on and on and on. One side has to be stronger and hit harder.
DUMB.

The same words used by several leaders who don't want massacres of civilians and war crimes committed in the name of freedom and democracy. .
Hamas and Israel have both been accused of breaking international law during their latest conflict, and the United Nations says it is collecting evidence of war crimes by all sides

As you can see there seems to be evidence that both sides have committed war crimes.
