I don’t see how these losers can keep a straight face continuing to push this BS story on us.

They know it’s a scam.

It's extremely Toxic to the Human Spirit to Lie to yourself it's literal Poison . It's toxic to the Brain , it confuses your morals and emotions to the point that you can't tell what's up and what's down.

I feel sorry for them Truly .

Imagine attempting life when you’re like this ….

I think I see them out in public now and then …..

They look like they don’t belong there, or anywhere.

I can spot them a mile away.

And if Trump reported fraudulent numbers that's on him.

The house down the road from maralago sold for 53m dollars. They’re saying trumps golf course is only worth 18m?!?

Sounds like someone is fooling with numbers but it ain’t Trump

Fraud means purposely incorrect.

Estimates are not always accurate. Estimates don't have to agree. Estimates are subject to often wild changes.

Most grown ups recognize this.

You point at NY law that doesn't require a wounded party in order to be a crime in this case.

Not all laws are good and just.

McConney testified to including non-existent assets in the valuation of the Westchester property. That seems pretty intentional to me.

Reported to who? If Trump didn't pay the required amount of taxes that would be criminal court not civil. If he paid the required amount of taxes but should have been more that would be on the NY accessor office, If it was for a loan it's the banks fault.. If it was sale value it's the buyers fault.

Do you rent or live in your parents basement because you don't seem to know about property ownership.(you will own nothing and be happy)

Amazing how these idiots literally do exactly the same things that they accuse Trump of, at the same damn time, and assume that nobody has a right to talk about it. The judge deliberately, grossly underestimates just to screw Trump, while trying to sentence him for overestimating.

And next level idiots support and applaud it.

The USSR plan to retard America has been successful.

These people end up knowing nothing about everything that they squawk about, as each thread progresses.
This is supposed to embarrass them, but we know it doesn’t.
Just make more noise. The USSR plan worked.

Executive Law 63 Section 12. It doesn't matter if the state or banks didn't catch Trump's fraud. All that matters is the AG showing a history of fraud.

Trumps Property could be worth $310,000,000 one month and then $480,000,000 the Next month and then $250,000,000 the next month it all depends on the Market price speculation of Land in Mara-logo . Which means there was never a set price for the banks to go off of and this Judge can literally say what ever they want about the Land .

I'm sure you completely understand that but in the end Orange man bad

We need to also understand it doesn't matter what Trump says. The State will do its own audit for tax purposes and a lender will do their own audit to secure the loan.

WTF is anyone talking about here in suggesting if Trump says his property is worth XXXXX is a crime in anything? Geez

My car is worth 10 million anyone here want to buy it? Oh crap. I'm going to jail now...

As I told these fools earlier, every car dealer would be arrested immediately if the Trump charges are legit. They sell cars for more than they’re worth
24 / 7. The inflated numbers get dumped right into illegal contracts and car loans.

Their answer ? Some retarded version of “nuh-uh !”

One guy even said the car dealers are OK because the inflated numbers are just on the window or something silly like that.

I asked him about the contracts and loans. He disappeared.

Trump's fraud.

If it was TAX fraud it would be a CRIME. Tax fraud is a felony so it would be criminal court with a jury.

I dont believe any witness against Trump any longer.

They have all been pressured by the DoJ.

This is the result of their aggressive pursuit of the legal equivalent of parking tickets.

None of your legal arguments will work.

Technically, nothing the Nazi's did in Germany was illegal in Germany at the time. They passed laws to cover their activities.

Nice. Flimsy shifting definition of fraud, and whims of one person, no review.
This is what you keep tripping over in your haste to “find the crime that can be applied to this person”.

I wonder how being on the brink of WW3, armed by the Biden admin less than a few short weeks ago in that gift of more US $$$$ for Iran, is going to impact people's thinking about all these indictments of Trump?

It's getting crazy out there, and these people want to argue wild ass guesses, and estimates because bad orange man.

WAKE UP PEOPLE.

So if Trump got caught stealing a pack of gum when he was a little kid, he's automatically guilty of fraud because he has a history

McConney is a defendant in this case. If he had flipped he wouldn't have been charged.

Now, Ivanka on the other hand...
