That was one crazy week in the civil trial in New York over the Trump Organization. The Trumps lost some of their licenses before the trial started, got a court appointed monitor, the retired judge Barbara Jones, had their properties sent into receivership, appealed an early decision to have companies dissolved, tried a put the trial on hold, lost that appeal but actually won a thing today -- the companies do not have to be dissolved until after the trial is done. But no sales or transfers, and everything goes through the monitor and has to be approved.

And now to finish off the week, we find out that after claiming in depositions and under oath that he had nothing with appraising the properties or submitting any estimates or paperwork to the accountants, Eric Trump personally discussed those things and asked the Trump Org comptroller to adjust the values for him.

The former controller of the Trump Organization says that Eric Trump directed him to make certain decisions that led to the inflated valuations of several Trump properties.

Jeff McConney, also a co-defendant of former President Donald Trump, Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr., testified Friday as the first week of the civil fraud trial came to an end.

McConney testified that in those phone calls that Eric Trump directed him to factor certain things into the calculations that ultimately led to what the New York attorney general says are inflated valuations of properties including Seven Springs and the Trump National Golf Club Westchester.

This guy did not flip, he is not cooperating, he is still a co-defendant. He's just flatly laying blame on Eric Trump.

Question:

Why aren't the banks, underwriters etc not part of this case?

There's over 100 witnesses. Who's too say they aren't involved?

That said, this case is being tried under Executive Law 63 (12).

James doesn't need to prove damages. She just needs to show a history of fraud.

Any mention of what those "certain things" factored into the calculations are and how they led to inflated valuations?

Oooooooh okay I see
So Eric Trump has the secret powers to convince banks of things being what they are not .

You see I keep thinking Banks are pretty good with money and values and accounting and making sure they get a return on their investment.

But no Eric Trump is apparently the Aleister Crowley of Property Values .

Come on Mahogany I've read many of your post mate you are smarter than this you are stronger than this.

What a load. The banks giving the loans assess the value for collateral. Trump nor his sons, lawyers, business partners, friends or associates have any bearing on loan values.

Witnesses?

I thought there was a summary judgement?

Fraud?

Who's the victim?

See where I'm going with this?

That is one option.

I prefer to expose the MSM talking points myself.

Or perhaps it's more tactful term, dissecting disinformation.

We are being presented with an opportunity here and shouldn't dismiss the valuable service being provided.

Because it is not a criminal case. Usually there is a criminal trial, someone is found guilty and then they sue for damaages/etc. In civil court.

Like if someone did not pay you back for something.
Like if someone stole from you.
Like if someone told you not to do the correct procedures.

None of this happened.

A judge decided to be a property appraiser and not a justice. Like a line cook doing heart surgery.

History would mean proof but, since this is a civil case, you know nothing has to be proven. I mean, you can even be called a rapist in the media if a civil case said you may have done something.

A former president. It is f'n disgraceful and embarrassing as a nation.

What are we not hearing about anymore....drag queens....got ya again!

The site in question was originally intended to be developed for seven valued at $20 million.

The housee were never built but they were included as assets on financial statements for multiple years.

"Eric made me overvalue a building." 😟

The accusations are becoming so insignificant, they no longer trigger any emotions among most anti-Trump peeps.

There was a summary judgment.

The current trial is to determine damages.

In this case, a victim isn't required if the prosecutor can prove a history of fraud.

Exactly .

Banks are Money , They are accounting you're value so as to make a return on interest nothing more.

No amount of you're name being Eric Trump can change that......why some may ask ? Simple sure Trump is a Billionaire but the Banks are RICHER
