We have an arc with DNA of all known species on Earth.

THAT ark is entirely possible because it is the right size and has the right people working on it etc etc. Noahs ark, as told by the Bible, is impossible. I've given six pages of scientific information showing that.

The Lord can make things happen that seem impossible, I have experienced it myself several times in my life, very big things.

It isn't impossible.

THe big bang isn't explained the same way in the Bible as modern science describes it.

It's more literal:

GOD said 'let there be light'.

So I will believe the story of Noah, even without your six pages of why it never happened. Again, how would you describe OUR arc to primative people that don't understand what DNA is?

The concept of an arc, in itself, is pretty astounding. To have been recorded in the Bible is miraculous.

He can. But in this case He clearly did not.

What is this arc you mention? Do you have a reference?
Is it like the 2012 Ridley Scott movie Prometheus?

My bad. I meant the 2018 Netflix movie The Titan.

If belief in the currently propagated false paradigm is present in the mind, it can be difficult to fathom how a worldwide flood could have occurred. Expanding one's consciousness to explore theories beyond those dogmatically inculcated into us since our birth in this realm, the promulgations of our past prophets can be seen in a new light.

The biggest flaw in your debunking of the Noah's ark story is this. At the time of writing (in all cases) how large did the common people think the earth was? It is not like there was cross continental transportation
Throw on top of that the awareness of all of the animals was not there. Not like any of the flood cultures knew what a platypus was. Typical of scientists really, such a great way to scream I'm smarter than you. No, they just exaggerated the story of the Ark. When it comes to the actual history of the planet, let's face it they have to be dragged, kicking and screaming to accept anything that deviates from their little narrative. Yes their narrative. As the reluctance to accept with proof of things such as the Hobbits. Not the middle earth ones but the ones discovered in that cave. Even after testing proved it was not dwarfism from malnutrition. I won't even get into the Clovis debate.
It boils down into competing narratives to explain things on a simple level for the masses. Science thinks they have it right, but in their own way they are just as dogmatic as religions.

There are no 80 by 30 mile oval shaped meteorites hitting the earth these days. There are some craters bigger than that though. But there’s no crater around the Libyan glass.

Since there’s no crater where the Libyan glass fields are, more accepted speculation says it must have been an air blasted meteor, like the Tunguska blast.

Of course nobody knows what caused the Tunguska blast… It flattened trees for a bit more than 40 x 40 square kilometers. 80 million trees killed is estimated. The trees that withstood the blast had their bark stripped off, like they got struck by lightning. Witnesses reported hot winds a fireball. The sky was abnormally bright for days after in the area. People as far as the USA said they saw the sky light up.

This may have been an example of a mini biblical style flood in modern history. I couldn’t find any decent reports about glass found. Perhaps there was a tiny crack in Heaven’s glass to account for that incredible but locally contained destruction. There’s no evidence the Tunguska blast was a meteorite.

Or God put the animals into a state of sleep so they didn't need to eat/eliminate as usual.

Ron Wyatt discovered evidence that points to the Ark, and Exodus and Sodom and Gomorrah, he also found the Ark of the Covenant. There is proof.

So, the Bible mentions Jesus and his ultimate sacrifice. Do you think that didn't happen either?

Science is sometimes right, they gave someone I know 2 months left and that's all he had.

Right, he could do all that but he couldn't just make all the evil people drop dead.

it is funny how people are so invested that they can come up with the lamest excuses that actually contradict the idea of an omnipotent being.

People can be very gullible while on the other hand people can also be very untrusting.

The story being fiction all depends on whether you believe the story or not. You can be wrong for not believing it and being very untrusting or you can be wrong for not believing it and being very gullible.

The story being fiction has nothing to do with whether you believe it or not. Children believing in Santa or the easter bunny doesn't make them real.

What I said is that if this omnipotent being is really that powerful why not just take whoever he wants out. You don't need the plot presented in this story.

ETA: And, in case you missed it, the point was about people bending over backwards to justify the plot, when it is nothing more than a rube goldberg machine.

Not objectively it isn't.

ETA: According to your logic the earth is both flat and round because some people think it is flat and others think it is round.

Yes, just ask them. People tell many stories.

Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
