though the judge also acknowledged the time limitation in his order last week.

The other important part. The judge took the statute of limitations into account last week when Trump lost this case and was ordered to dissolve all of his businesses.

Is this his ploy to have malpractice to stop this trial till he can get a new lawyer to replace this inept one or is it one more case of, you know, Trump knowing the best people to get done what he wants to get done.

Or, he wants a bench trial initially to get it over with quickly so he can move on to the appellate process, since he knows he doesn't stand a snowballs chance in hell in a NYC trial by a bunch of TDS jurors.

I find it laughable but alarming when the MAGA crowd cries the Bill of Rights is under attack when their guy has not a clue what they are about.

When Trump was President he tried to pressure networks to punish comedians who made fun of him(Colbert, Fallon, Kimmel, Baldwin ect..). When that did not work he tried to use the FCC and the justice department to go after them.

This is a blatant attack on free speech. If the President is willing to use the justice department to go after comedians who make fun of him, what else will he use it for?

can anyone explain why in commercial real estate, an appraiser is not used? This seems like very bad practice, as some lesser known people than Trump might over value their assets, borrow money and NOT pay it back like Trump did.
