That appears to be the problem,Comer seems afraid that they do not have the proof they keep saying they do. Which we know because they carefully parse their outright claims, with "if" "may" "possibly" "could be" and of course his famous "found nothing illegal" statement.

Grassley's statement of "We aren’t interested in whether or not the accusations are accurate or not” only allow the claims made to work when you do it behind closed doors and pick and choose statements to release.

Why do they keep blocking the oversight committees? I mean, read this. It is on a government website. Plenty of evidence. If they had this on Trump he would be in jail already.

Should HUNTER BIDEN testify (under oath) before the U.S. House Oversight Committee in PRIVATE, or in PUBLIC, on December 13th?

Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) wants it to be PRIVATE testimony.

Senator Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) wants it to be PUBLIC testimony, as Hunter Biden has requested.

On the same day, Hudson West III then sent $400,000 to Owasco, P.C., an entity owned and controlled by Hunter Biden. Six days later, Hunter Biden wired $150,000 to Lion Hall Group, a company owned by James and Sara Biden. Sara Biden withdrew $50,000 in cash from Lion Hall Group on August 28 and then deposited the funds into her and her husband’s personal checking account later that day.

On September 3, 2017, Sara Biden wrote a check to Joe Biden for $40,000.

Joe never understood HOW the money was laundered, because Hunter's system is multi-level, with LLC's acting as secret repositories for incoming cash. Hunter must be a GENIUS in his Dad's eyes and mind!

Comer is assuming it's sketchy, as he himself made numerous "loans" and land swapping with family members, including using companies that do not exist.

Comer says he has a personal agriculture company called James Comer Jr. Farms, but you can't find any official records for a business with that name. And when Comer purchased land from his brother, the deal listed a third party: a shell company called Farm Team Properties, LLC. Comer supposedly runs multiple businesses that do not appear to exist on paper. The company he ran with his father and brother was called Comer Land & Cattle. There are no business filings for a company with that name anywhere in Kentucky. He was land swapping, "gifting", loaning, all while he had an important position for the state Agriculture oversight.

Seems like as we often see, the accusation is an admission from the GOP.

If they are Americans, they have a say...or should have a say, one way or the other.

House Judiciary Chairman Jordan gives another reason why formalizing an Impeachment Inquiry is an important thing to do.

Jordan also said he hopes the House can officially vote on an impeachment inquiry this week to help strengthen their position moving forward, as McCarthy previously launched the inquiry without calling for one.

“We assume at some point there’s going to be some challenge in court, we just think it helps you in court. You don’t need it from the Constitution, you can start an impeachment inquiry based on — we’re doing it, speaker of the House said it three months ago, but we think it always helps if the full House of Representatives is on record, and a majority of that body has said, ‘we are in an official impeachment inquiry,'” said Jordan.
