NASA has been in space since the 50s and knows nothing at all about UAPs

NASA says it knows bupkis about UAPs but if they learn anything they will let the public know

I am not going to lie, but between the DoD and NASA weak sauce claims, either, we have mass hallucinations and misidentifications by service men and women, the public, and civil servants or they are both lying their ever-loving asses off and don't deserve the funding they do get.

I will never bet my boots for NASA. not in a billion lightyears
These are the Non Astronomical Side Affects you get if you ask them to do research about something they rather hide?

Everyone knew what was coming from them so it's actually no surprise

They did do a slick 36-page.pdf, about 1/2 a page for every year they have been in orbit. What a crock of scheiße. LOL, the acknowledgments start on page 22 LOL. We are getting the run around just like Burchett and others said we would

Here are NASA's conclusions after 70 years in space...

science.nasa.gov...

The panel finds that public engagement in the effort to better understand UAP will be vital.
NASA, by lending its name to UAP studies, is already helping to reduce stigma associated
with reporting. Beyond this, we recommend that NASA explore the viability of developing
or acquiring a crowdsourcing system, such as open-source smartphone-based apps, to
gather imaging data and other smartphone sensor data from multiple citizen observers
as part of a wider effort to more systematically gather public UAP reports.
Lastly, we recommend that the Aviation Safety Reporting System (ASRS) for commercial
pilot UAP reporting be better leveraged, providing a critical database for the whole-ofgovernment effort to understand UAP. The agency's long history of partnership with the
FAA should also be capitalized to investigate how advanced, real-time analysis techniques
could be applied to future generations of air traffic management (ATM) systems.
In conclusion, NASA is uniquely positioned to contribute to a robust and systematic
approach to studying UAP, furthering its mission of advancing scientific knowledge,
technical expertise, and exploration. When considering the above recommendations, and
according to budget priorities, NASA should leverage its core capabilities and expertise
to determine whether it should take a leading or supporting role in implementing a given
recommendation. The positioning of NASA’s role should further be situated within the
context of the broader whole-of-government approach to understanding UAP

NASA will receive $25.4 billion in fiscal year (FY) 2023. This is roughly $1.3 billion more than NASA received in 2022, an increase of 5.6%. High inflation and growing labor costs will mitigate the purchasing power of this increase.
www.planetary.org...#:~:text=NASA%20will%20receive%20%2425.4%20billion,purchasing%20power%20of%20this%20increas e.

Each year federal agencies receive funding from Congress, known as budgetary resources . In FY 2023, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) had $33.04 Billion distributed among its 1 sub-components. Agencies spend available budgetary resources by making financial promises called obligations.

How much has this agency planned to spend (2023)?

$21.67 Billion in total obligations
65.6% of total budgetary resources

www.usaspending.gov...

I don't think they're hurting any.

They should have been defunded when they ‘lost’ the tech to go to the moon. Or when they ‘accidentally’ erased tons of footage of the moon landings. Talk about worthless tools.

And here we have yet another example, of the head office in a branch of the government, that is 80 freaking years old.

Bill needs to retire. He’s slower than dirt. As I stated in another thread, watching him talk is like watching paint dry.

You will never find what you are not looking for.

NASA has never been tasked with examining UFO/UAP phenomenon; it has never been part of their job, and since funding for their actual job is tightly controlled, and constantly scrutinized, NASA has never, officially, given any but passing thought to the subject.

Search for life in the Cosmos, sure, when specifically funded. But to go off on investigations of "reports" of phenomenon they, themselves, did not thoroughly monitor and could account for....that would be too much of a risk to their "job description".

Besides, what NASA discovers is supposed to be made available to the entire scientific community, and thus, by extension, the public. It would be very compromising if they were to "discover" something that the military and/or the intelligence community wanted to keep secret. Just imagine the consequences if, say NASA satellites had tracked SR-71 flights over Russia and China airspaces...then disclosed that information to the public as "evidence of unidentified aerial phenomenon".

Did anyone expect any honesty from NASA? Seems they’re still towing some odd party line. They’ve known since the early days. Will just do their best to deny and rubbish everything.

Why would NASA shoot itself in the foot?

Really…..think about this.

If an alien race whether extraterrestrials or terrestrials were to share their technology to the point that we adopt their technology…..then we would have no need for a NASA.

Why spend billions on conventional rocketry…….if we can hop on a saucer that will get us anywhere at light speed?

Why spend billions on space sciences……if we learn from aliens…what really goes on in the universe?

90%+ of NASA’s workforce will evaporate. All those high paying jobs, going ……poof.

Noooo, NASA will stay the course…..and UAP efforts will literally be shaved down to a small basement x-file office.

It’s my prediction…. Imo

NASA - Need Astronomical Salaries Acquisitions

We are wanting to see life on the left……….NASA is spending billions looking for life on the right

Is it not obvious that NASA is Bull$hit???

Follow the money right.

Another reason for acting dumb would be the fact that they’d be admitting to lying to us for decades.

As Soloprotocol mentioned in another thread, it’s very telling that they are focusing all resources on current and future sightings. With nothing mentioned about the decades of data we already possess.

Honestly, I expected this to be a complete joke. In actuality, it was a catastrophic failure.

Just like a government branch to have absolutely no touch with their audience.

Thus a complete snow job, but do you really believe every thing NASA has learned has been turned over to the public?

Of course not I expected a few flurries not a complete blizzard of a snow job.

I did expect a larger bone with some meat to chew on.... not to mix metaphors

I did like the question from James Fox you said NASA has a few unknown UAPs but it knows they are not extraterrestrial, if they are completely unknown how do you know they aren't extraterrestrial?

NASA is just a public front for a much deeper rabbit hole, aka black budget projects.

That's all they have ever been.

It stands to reason that if anybody knows anything about UFOs, it should be NASA.
But they’ve seemed to be anathema to UFOs. Very anti-UFO and wasn’t enamored of being bothered about them.
So, the chances of that agency doing anything about it are small indeed.

That's because the equipment is # on planes, military craft and on the ground. There needs to be specialized equipment for this purpose only and to date supposedly NASA has it. We will see.
