So, if this goes as he hopes and the judge rules that the DOJ was in fact "weaponized against him", would that not set the precedent that Trump can go ahead and say the same against Biden.

I mean it's the same thing right? They both did things that were not supposed to be done and are on trial for it. All because Trump and/or Biden "weaponized the DOJ"
