No. I'm proving a point. If you think the DHS invoking executive privilege is a dictatorship but the actual President and his SIL doing the same isn't, then you're a hypocrite.

I'm someone that thinks the separation of powers outlined in the Constitution gives the Executive Branch the ability to claim executive privilege, but it also allows Congress to reach out to the judiciary to determine whether or not the Executive Branch's claims are valid.

I agree 100% that she is at fault. I have a thread about just this lop sided Justice system. Just because libs get away with things doesn’t change the fact that Trump is guilty.
