It would go to court. In previous instances, the subpoenaed party will claim executive privilege, Congress will deliver contempt of Congress charges to the DOJ, the AG will decide not to bring charges based on the executive privilege argument, at which point Congress then files a civil case.

As of now, no cases have ever made it to the Supreme Court. By the time the cases reaches appellate court, negotiations become easier because years have passed and there's a new Congress and usually a new Presidential administration.

I agree.....I think we might see a full blown war in Europe that we (the USA) will start. Those in power in America are so committed to this Great Reset and past the point of no return.....once a war is on they would find some way to initiate martial law ......hello , Smart cities and CBDC .
