Justice Has Always Been A Pendulum

I will not be voting for Biden nor Trump but rather a moderate left candidate for my own reasons.
My intention is not to push a political agenda, but there will be critics & I apologise before hand if you take issue with any of this as it was not my desire.

Right now in America September 2023 there is one ex-President being charged with multiple crimes & dereliction of duty .
We also have a sitting President who should be charged with multiple crimes & derelictions of duty.

So why is only one being persecuted ?
Trump is being persecuted, because justice is being served imo , but the current power structure of Washington is of a liberal one & Biden gets a pass .
Well that sure is unfair then right ?

Yes it is unfair , but it doesn’t dismiss Trump’s crimes imo .
Justice has been held only on conservative sides for periods of political time here in America as well.
There has been persecution of liberal politicians & people by Republicans as they turn blind eyes to their own party member’s crimes.
Both Biden & Trump belong stripped of holding any public office at a minimum for their behaviours .

Im tired of hearing Trump is innocent , because he is not .
Yes Trump is singled out & for him it is unfair , but for America it is justice.
Im also tired of Biden escaping justice while his degenerate son runs a savage burn across this globe.

So it is my opinion that justice works awesome in America, but only for one side at bouts of time in changing political currents.

So it’s not a Democrat or a Republican problem but rather both their problems.
Im interested in discussing how we have checks & balances built in to ensure blind justice.

My idea would to eliminate the way judges are appointed.
I would rather see all federal judges on national ballots every 12 years rather than be appointed by the current President & their party .
I would also structure the Supreme court with hard seats equalling 5 permanent liberal chairs , 5 permanent conservative chairs & 1 independent chair.
This would ensure a balance.
You vote from pools of candidates & everyone votes for 5 liberals , 5 conservatives & 1 independent every 12 years in a non- presidential election year .
68 yr old age limit for all federal judges.
Judges will not be able to campaign for their positions but rather their chosen parties will campaign for their preferred.
Primaries set the columns & thats that .
All registered parties with a minimum registered voter numbers will be given a set amount of campaign monies for their perspective judges .
All Federal Judges will have their judicial activities on an easily accessible federal website that shows all their votes & decision throughout their federal or state careers in a simple to use interface.

Thats one idea I have ?

Justice is a shadow. Sure throughout many years there has been injustices. But nowadays it's too frequent.

I get a glimmer of hope when I see people start to open their eyes to the mass corruption prevalent on both sides. And then the glimmer fades when the assumption is that voting is going to fix everything.

The current doj is heavily biased to overlook liberal crimes , so is your plan to rectify this one by having a conservative strangleholds on the doj in a big move to the right ?
Hoover & the FBI looked past countless conservative crimes as they targeted liberal targets.

We have lop sided representation in our courts & it should be level .

Your stance appears to be one of only the right has been just blindly & that is just not true .
Conservative courts , cops , DOJ & the FBI have been the norm for far longer in America than any liberal cabal .
The liberal cabal in the DOJ is the latest one sided justice system & the new guy by comparison throughout our nation’s history.
We need a better method than two gangs seeking revenge whenever they get the upper hand . The issue is that it will never stop , so imo we need our Justice departments & centers to be as balanced as possible .

Yes there is & always has been corruption in voting , but complete corruption is a reach . Besides the days of Boss Tweed are long gone & Boss Tweed insured complete corruption in voting.
Who knows though there is a possibility that all votes are meaningless & they make up numbers & install the pre-chosen as all our votes are never really counted, but I doubt that heavily.

True justice is not flawed by bias or discrimination. We simply have no TRUE justice. Which has most always been the case. It's just with todays society mass output of information - whether it be true or not, is more easily seen and apparent. It is also true that for some time now, the left are not held accountable to existing laws and the right are held accountable to made up crimes with trumped up evidence. So yeah, the 'justice' we elect is certainly fluid. Can't deny that.

Thats why the appointments of Judges & DOJ heads need to be stripped from politicians .
Imagine if every sheriff in America once elected replaced local cops & judges with what they wanted ?
