If a child is gay or has gender dysphoria, that child needs to know it’s OK — that they can talk about it. And that there are adults like them.

That is called counseling at some level, not the school curriculum.

This is why I love Malcolm Xs stance on the liberal class, its a perfect example.

I'm just suggesting it really isn't an anti-LGBTQ event here as much as an anti-progressive event. Pushing back on where BLM went doesn't make one a racist when the original aspects of it had points. Pushing back on where the MeToo movement seemed to end up didn't mean one saw the Harveys of the world as good people. Saying WTF to 100s of pronouns and trying to force people to use them all, didn't mean one is against pronoun choices on some reasonable level..lol geez. Disagreeing with "defund the Police" doesn't mean in many places the police forces need work, and most likely greater funding. Wanting to secure the border doesn't make one xenophobia or against legal immigration.

And seeing threats against our kids and women at different levels doesn't make one anti-LGBTQ either....

Counseling for what? Getting used to bigotry and bullying?

Your assumption is bigotry and bullying was going on until a few years ago. So what is the goal here that you are suggesting we need to push to grade school, to stop what?

"Acceptance " of what? Sexuality? How is that a grade school thing?

I don't think most people will object to what you're saying.
The way I see it philosophically, is that trans movements are a natural progression, not revolutionary one.

We all basically start off as a female, biologically, and there's evidence that the X chromosome is weakening in homosapiens. Something is happening, especially since we live in mostly a world of surplus, everything, it was bound to come to fruition.

I do agree gay and Trans females can be more biological whereas lesbian and Trans males would be more physiological. The problem I have is trans has also in the last few years entered the realm of popularity and so non-gender dysphoric people are doing it to make themselves more popular or special from maybe just being common. If you are 18+ then who cares, have fun, sucks if you get something you regret later in life. like a big face tat you thought was fun early in life. But when we start to talk about teens and younger people that are looking to do this more based on some level of popularity or not understanding they are just gay I start to have issues with it if medical treatments are used. I see that time in one's life as extremely fragile and things are still developing including your brain, and waiting to later in life when you are an adult really doesn't change much and can be much better if you really do want to change.

You mean teens/young people are finding their way through adolescents?

Maybe they’d be better off smoking a corn cob pipe out behind the barn. Or sampling Uncle Fester’s moonshine.

I think the changes in the social constructs that kids follow today fixed that a long time ago, where it might be still, a class on it isn't going to fix it. But what you are talking about has nothing to do with what people here are talking about as you are referring to an overall inclusive type of lesson(s). No one is against that, but what people are against, and this has been said 100s of times here over and over, is when adult sexual situations are pushed on the children.

Why is that so hard for you and people like Annee to understand that and take all this in directions no one is complaining about?

I love how every time LGBT is mentioned, sexuality is the first thing immediately brought to mind and uttered.

That's what this thread is about. Pay attention.

Grade school children are too young to be exposed to what others do in their bedrooms. We're not talking about same sex couples, raising children together. We are discussing the sexual literature being pushed on adolescents.

So you are saying they are not smart or mature enough to figure it all out, or ask questions? But you think they are smart enough to make life-changing decisions though?

All I'm saying is help them find their way IF NEEDED and give it all time to mature some before big decisions are made... is that hard to understand?

I know it's the far-right narrative. Why do you think I am not paying attention? In fact I EXPECTED the discussion about LGBT and children be turned into sexuality and sexual behavior.

Where does it end? Pedophilia? You're sick.

This discussion is about sexual books, not gay or LGBT people. This is about the sexualization of children. Those younger than puberty, you sick f***

Well, they are a behavior associated with sexuality, so what is your point? If you can leave the sexuality part out then who cares, but that is where it goes. When you get a teacher talking about how to use butt plugs, or spit on one's dick, or ask everyone to write a paper on who in the class they would like to kiss, touch have sex with, or have a book that explains to grade school children how to get on Grinder, and so on and so forth what do you call all that.

It seems straight people figure it all out with little help and today being gay is normalized too, so not much to talk about. So just what is it we need to discuss in the classroom?

When someone introduces you to a straight couple, do you immediately think of what they have been doing in their bedrooms? If there's some kinky stuff going on there?

Are you okay with butt-plugs being exposed to children? Dildos? Where is the line, for you? Is there a line?

You have been so deep in the far right narrative that you think anyone who disagrees is okay with that.

For the record, no I am not okay with that. You should be ashamed for asking such a question.

You didn't answer my question. Where's the line for you? When is it too much for children? We're not talking about mommy and mommy/ daddy and daddy here. We are discussing where grade school children should be taught about sex toys and sexual positions.

That's my line. Where's yours?
