From the 1980s until he was elected in 2016, Trump had been involved in over 4000 legal cases.

Trumps business failure rate is around 10 percent.

Not bad considering the average business failure rate is above 80 percent.

Just to dumb it down for you:

Bankruptcies are a business reformation and very common among large businesses. He wouldn't be a successful businessman if he'd never filed bankruptcy.

FYI: I have an MBA

They are legal proceedings though.

You have an MBA?

Good for you.

I'm a qualified lawyer, since the late 80s. Still practicing.

"Business reformation"?!!!!

Novel.

Yes. And in many cases he restructured to save jobs. if he was broke I would call him a grifter but he lives in a pretty nice shanty on the beach...

Don't really care how I might strike you.

That's irrelevant.

Reformation?

As in restructuring?

As in bumping creditors.

It happens. The difference is he had a business and it folded. It sucks but again it can happen. He did do something every other president has done though and that is invest in garbage or companies that disappear.

Solyndra anyone? Obamas and then Bidens...

Liink

You know there are two different basic ways to file in the US right?

Ever watched Shark Tank?
Trump is a business man, he has his fingers in probably hundreds of businesses.
That’s what they do.

Everyone always looks at a bankruptcy as this terrible thing, especially when it comes to Trump.
A personal bankruptcy is not great but an entity that has many businesses, that’s the way it goes sometimes.

Just like you guys always claim he doesn’t pay taxes, he pays more taxes than you could believe.

Never said illegal. Just saying he had legal cases.

In response to a post about his legal cases.

Dog pile away!

That is, up until now! Now, everything he touches is going to be investigated for anything, any thing, that'll hold him up in courts. It'll all magically disappear on November 6th, 2024. ( mark my words, Mr. Lawyer
)
