That's a darn good question. At the risk of stepping on untu's toes my guess would be that it represents our journey through life and even down to the inevitable mathematics underlying both life and the pizza metaphor.

It fits so well, I don't even have to spell it out I don't think.

I am questioning how to achieve my goal of doubling my friend group in both numbers and again in participating activities. We are around 110 people dedicated to the singular focus of carrying out our goals in society, but honestly only about 30 are really active.

It is kind of fitting to be honest with you. Doesn't say much though. I would love to hear more.

After consideration, it is more than kind of fitting, I always follow my heart but often end up giving more than I have, then depression engulfs me. I need to protect my own self first. Compassion can be deadly if you struggle to see the difference between your own feelings and that of your partner. Thanks OP, it was something I needed to hear today. Will be my goodnight mantra.
