These are losses for the democratic party. Why would anyone want to vote for losers.

Roe v Wade - Rights back to the states. Did the D's take back the House? Nope. A loss.
LGBTR2D2 - If I do not want to make a cake for someone who is gay it is my right. Where is the loss here?
Student Loans - A promise that could never be kept and pissed of A LOT of people who paid off their loans...

Actually, she's saying the opposite. She's saying that SCOTUS is saying that blacks just stupid and systemic racism either doesn't exist or has nothing to do with the reality of disadvantaged black communities.
