The Mysterious Origins of the Nimitz UFO Video

...A 'credible source with direct inside knowledge" informed Lambright that Bigelow had been told by Harry Reid about the Nimitz encounter at an early stage following the incident. The same source then advised that Bigelow shared this information with "Hal Puthoff and one or two others" in 2005.

However, it wasn't until former Lt. Col. Douglas Kurth went to work for BAASS in 2007, that "the Reid/Bigelow operation suddenly came to life." Hal Puthoff, speaking at the 2018 SSE/IRVA conference in Las Vegas, confirmed that the AATIP was created in June 2007....

● If Bigelow and his crew knew of the Nimtiz incident they'd probably know that Kurth was one of the pilots involved.

● Kurth was already appointed as Program Manager at BAASS in December 2007.

● Yet, BAASS was not registered as a company until January 2008.

● AAWSAP was not advertised for tender until August 2008.

● Kurth also has this huge gap with no employment listed on his linkedin profile .What was he up to at this time?

● In Feb 2007 the FLIR video appeared here on ATS.

● Is there some connection back to Bigelow and his boys there?

● Was it really just an IT technician who suddenly remembered he had a UFO video he'd burned to CD in 2004? But forgot all the details of it.

● Is the use of the same video to launch TTSA ten years later all just a string of coincidences?

MM…..Kurth’s name shows up 21 times in this document……which I haven’t read. Perhaps it sheds further light….I don’t know if I will read the entire doc, 271pgs….but if your interested…give it a perusal. I vaguely remember this doc being linked in a different thread?

The pdf concentrates on aspect of the UFO encounter. Not a lot on the video. So, I think for the purposes of this thread the most important take away from the PDF [Page 15 of the PDF and numbered 13]

"...individuals who may have seen the ATFLIR video while onboard the USS Nimitz were identified through FOIAs dated August 13, 2017 and October 10, 2017. These included Lt. Col. Doug Kurth (retired 2006),...

It doesn't prove he has any connection with TFT or the video being smuggled out and placed onto the internet. Just that he possibly did see it. In fact, given his involvement, I'd say it's probable that he did.

Going back to the OP…..the ADP Officer can be ID’d by having the Nimitz’s Cruise Book of crew pictures for 2005 and the IT Tech aka TFT, may be narrowed down since he was a 2nd Class E-5 or IC2 for Rating and picture identification purposes.

The ADP complement of the Nimitz crew is the CS-3 Division within the Combat Systems Department.

I have not as of yet come across the 2005 Nimitz Cruise Book freebie to page through yet….but I did find a 2003 and 2007 Cruise Book (Cruise Books are typically annually like High School Yearbooks).

So as examples …here’s from the 2003 and 2007 Nimitz Cruise Book….

Note…depending how many personnel is in the Division….it could be more than 1 page of Division personnel pictures.

2003 CS-3 Division

2007 CS-3 Division

TFT may in fact be in the 2003 or 2007 depending on how long his tour of duty was on the ship 1, 2, 3, 4, years on either side of 2005.

However to get specific….the year of the event(s), if 2005……the Cruise Book for that particular year would be a solid necessary …..to locate the ADP Officer who ordered the installation of the disk burner ..and the IT Tech aka TFT suspects…

TFT claimed he was onboard during the incident in 2004 and that he returned to ship in Feb 2007.

Other members of ATS have even communicated with him.

HOWEVER.

Although the video was leaked and the CVW Event Summary posted on ATS. Indicating that someone had managed to obtain them, this does not mean TFT's story is true. So probably not wise to be pointing fingers at anyone on here in a public forum.

That’s confusing ….because…pointing fingers at possible suspects …is a process of elimination to get to the “Who” of any investigation.

So I don’t get the point of your thread if your not wanting to know who is the who. Imo…to get to the OP “Origin(s)” would have to include IDing the Who’s behind the leaking….which is a form of pointing fingers.

As for a public forum….this is a forum of getting the truth….the bottomline…to solve questions of the ….who, what, when, where, and why’s.

So your not interested in the …….who?……you have a reputation of being a forum guru of the “Who done it” threads.

Then I’m not seeing what your goal is, of your OP.

Apologies if I confused you.

What I mean is that if you take all of TFT(R)'s story at face value as true, then you could possibly round it all down as to who it was that removed a video on a CD. Probably down to a handful of people.

However, what if this was a lie? With parties fabricating the story to get the video out there by concocting this story and impersonating someone with access? There are grounds for suspicion that TFT was more than one single person.

So by all means do your own private research into the matter. But, although not implausible, If the video wasn't really smuggled off the ship in the manner we've been told, then I think it's fair to not be naming any names on ATS as prime suspects.

Fair enough….if and when I get those names….I’ll PM you…..because…let’s postulate that the name of the ADP Officer turns up in one or some connections to this entire Saga….wouldn’t that be something?

Here’s what you postulated about the cd/dvd burner…

Why this request was made has numerous possibilities. From the ADP officer acquiring military secrets for nefarious purposes to genuinely believing this was a UFO of possible extra-terrestrial origin and wanting some proof for personal reasons.

But it was never established whether the ADP officer also acquired a copy of the CD and /or files.

I don't know what game they're playing, if it's really authentic or not , but this public and military pressure on this topic has been long overdue.

And sure every chapter has its own dubious side effect clinging to the subject.
Questions like "why now" are hanging around , and sure right after all we've been through the past couple of years makes this some grand finale of whatever we are going to face?

I'm wondering if the dangers we face today or what they faced with the raid that collectively was orchestrated by social media or the nuclear threat they face now and knowing then partially constructed from a fear that we people one day just know the truth simply because it's forced by individually contact they don't control the narrative anymore?

Or they have to show the world that the story unfolding is just the tip of the iceberg to send a clear message that whatever adversary in this world tries to economically disrupt or whatever hypersonic weapons they want to threat us with, that we hold the knowledge of technology beyond our world?

What i do seem to notice is they clearly need this story out , and yes that raise questions, a bunch load of them...

A couple of years go maybe, I looked at all the bread crumbs in the old threads about TFT/TFTR . And they led me to one person. I'm not 100% sure the person I found is TFT/TFTR , but he does match a number of crumbs I gleaned.

Funny thing is, he is in the second file you loaded, ie this one www.navysite.de...

The bigger question here is that if TFT's [2nd] story is true and this really was subject to intelligence service investigations to find the leaker, then why did they fail where ATS members appear to have succeeded.

That's another part of the story that is 'off' to me.

Cmon MM, did they fail in finding him really? Nah. They did enough to fool the paratrooper enthusiast who follows ufos when they are trending.

There are multiple online battlefields atm. Old troopers are down the toilet while new have come forward. This coulthart guy eg. Though i have to admit that i feel like theres an internal struggle going on with tptb. Half want this out half dont.


Make no mistake, the effort we are currently seeing is to whitewash 80 years of lying and deception. Because if they come out and say yes these things are real, oh boy, we will see fireworks flying , esp when ppl start asking questions they shouldnt

If they weren't classified, then surely there wouldn't have been three investigations plus a further investigation when BF Lue joined TTSA?

Don't forget there were supposedly "documents" accompanying them too. Along with foreign and US nationals attempting to acquire them from TFT!

I wonder if this category applies to videos like the FLIR video. Obama administration replaced this classification with another one but this would have been in effect in 2004 at the time the Nimitz video was recorded:

FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY (FOUO) UNCLASSIFIED CONTROLLED INFORMATION (UCI) Explained.

So if that applies to the Nimitz video (or something like it), Elizondo could rightfully say it's not classified, but that it wasn't supposed to be leaked or shared with the public. Hence there could still be investigations about why such unclassified material was leaked.

If you're the same Jackfrost who wrote the reddit expose on Lazar, great work!
