It's interesting the soviet union aspect, there's data showing what the soviet government was putting efforts and funds towards in post stalin USSR, and it was mostly going towards what would be considered "woke" culture back then, worker equality, social rights, a focus on new humanity studies, arts and literature, and the funding outweighed the STEM fields, eventually this lead to massive amounts of brain drain.
In the US it was the complete opposite.

i know it sounds unfair but the recent election of biden reminded me of an 80s british puppet show taking ther p*ss out of the soviet elections, its all so obviously broken that only the most ardent ideologue, invested or fearful could see either as legitimate..

i want to say that was the point i felt the change was locked in.. but in reality as a process expert poast 2007/8 crash i joined tiger teams looking at where it all went wrong but it was obvious then that no one intended to do a thing to fix the issues that caused 2007/8 ensuring they'd happen again, I got out and pivoted into deploying hr systems..

not fixing the problems s what really locked us into where we are and we enter a period of corruption and cheap money that helped trigger the reformation..

so i have ended up looking at todays events/process change through 3 lenses.. the reformation, and soviet fall.. for france it parallels their revolution and the us uit parallels its inception even to a dementia ridden ruler..

it feels like we have to endure this age of unreason to get back to an age of reason again..

(i guess its considered meat) ive heard its gonna get rough by the end of this year. but like the poor during the great depression, they couldnt tell the difference. I think thats wehere i'll be. too poor to tell, or know, or care.

its worth noting that was the death knell of liberalism in its similar new liberal format and a similar corrupt and incompetent elite..

one of the things I found truly human from that period in relation to this thread was how manufacturers pivoted to printing pretty patterns on their feed/flour/potato sacks and women used them to make dresses, curtains, underwear..

the idea that anyone would be trapped with authorised clothes or food rather than grow/make/barter... humans armed with their whit's will always find a way around corrupt and incompetent elites..

Sounds like the peasants need to march on the elite, take their stuff, burn what is left. DNA Test them, track down their familes and eliminate them also.

If you can get it buy prepackaged rolls of sausage meat with atleast 70% pork then make your own crumbed sausages by rolling small logs of sausage meat in bread crumbs. Good for stir fry's and such as well. Typically cheaper products but better quality meat. I don't even buy chicken anymore due to the prices. When i was young i actually got sick of mutton chops as my family had them so often never thought such meat would be considered a treat.

Homogenization of economies. It is easier to destroy a vibrant wastefull middle class than bring up the slave workers in other countries.
