Corrupt DOJ Gives Evidence of What They Say Are Donald Trump Crimes - to His Lawyers.

Things are beginning to happen, in preparation for the August start of what the U.S. News Media is referring to as, "THE TRUMP DOCUMENTS TRIAL".

Special counsel Jack Smith has turned over the first batch of evidence in the classified documents case to former President Donald Trump’s legal team, according to a court filing Wednesday.

Prosecutors said in the filing that the documents include evidence obtained through subpoena and search warrants; transcripts of grand jury testimony in Washington, D.C., and Florida; witness interviews conducted through last month; and excerpts of closed-circuit television footage.

The first production of unclassified discovery includes “the grand jury testimony of witnesses who will testify for the government at this case".

Prosecutors also said that Trump’s team can contact the government to arrange inspection of any unclassified items seized at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort on August 8, 2022.

Last week, Judge Aileen Cannon told all Attorneys to make sure they have Top-Secret Clearances before the start of the "Trump Documents" trial, which is slated for August 14th of this year.

Can the DOJ/Smith prevent former President/Presidential candidate Donald Trump's defense team from seeing the contents of the CLASSIFIED documents, after the team has their Top-Secret security clearance?

It's widely believed that the CONTENTS of the documents seized by the DOJ-FBI from Donald Trump's Florida home in 2022 are very damaging to (current and former) corrupted criminal individuals at the top of our government.

It is therefore likely that extraordinary (and even irrational) steps will be taken to keep the document contents hidden...even from the Trump defense team.

If it turns out that the seized documents were part of the trove of documents declassified by President Trump during, or at the end of his Presidency (Ref: www.federalregister.gov... )...

Or, the DOJ is saying the seized PRIVATE letters from Kim Jung-Un, Barack Obama, Vladimir Putin, and others, to Donald J. Trump (Ref: theconservativetreehouse.com...), are NOT HIS LETTERS...

If Trump's defense team can't view the Top Secret documents how will we ever know they were Top Secret? What am I missing?

Even if the charges are dismissed and the evidence is not a real issue, the damage to Trump's reputation will stand and the Democrats will play their game of making it appear that Trump weaseled his way out of a crime so they can block him from ever getting in the Whitehouse again. The Democrats in this country will believe what they are told by the Democrat hierarchy. They are being brainwashed. Both sides do the same kind of things, but the liberals are just more apt to twist things opposite to make it so they win control of the country. They do not believe the laws are relevant to them because they plan on changing the laws to fit their beliefs if they gain power. Which is happening

I used to be a liberal and know how they work because of my interaction with some liberal anarchists.

I'm not sure about that. I'm not a big Trump fan because, first, I've never been 100% certain about his real motives and, second, his position on the death jab.

Their continued persecution of him, however, and the fact that they so desperately did not and do not want to see him in the White House has me rethinking things.

Nobody with a functioning brain will think that this witch hunt says anything about him; it speaks volumes about those persecuting him.

1. No, the DOJ cannot prevent Trump's team from accessing classified information. They will be able to access the information in a SCIF once the attorneys receive their clearances, which they have already applied for. The procedures for doing this are spelled out in the Classified Information Procedures Act that has been in effect since 2001.

2. It is NOT widely believed that the 31 classified documents that are mentioned in the indictment have anything to do with current or former government officials. You just made that fantasy up out of your imagination. The 31 documents that are mentioned in the indictment all have identifying classification markings and brief descriptions of their contents. I suggest you go read them.

3. See answer #1 above. The proceedings will take place according to the Classified Information Procedures Act. Judge Aileen Cannon--nominated by then President Trump--will see to that. There will be no extraordinary acts--at least not on the part of the prosecution. That would simply give the defense an opportunity to overturn a judgment on appeal.

4. See answer #2, above. The titles of the 31 classified documents have nothing to do with the Mueller Report documents which are the ones that Trump legitimately declassified during the last days of his administration. And they can't possibly be the ones that were seized during the search of Trump's residences. That's because those Mueller documents--as soon as President Trump issued the declassification order--were sent back to the ODNI to undergo the legitimate declassification process and Trump no longer had possession of them.

5. The DOJ is not saying that those love letters from Little Kim and Vlad Putin are not Trump's private letters, even though they are NOT Trump's private letters. He got those letters in his capacity as POTUS, not as a private citizen. The reason the DOJ is not raising this claim is because whether it's true or false has absolutely nothing to do with the indictment against Trump. The indictment is not seeking to prosecute Trump under the Presidential Records Act and is therefore irrelevant. Trump is being indicted under the Espionage Act of 1917.

I won't vote for Trump in the primaries. But if he does run on the Republican ticket for president I will vote for him even though it appears he is nuts for running. Who in their right mind would run for president a second time with all the BS the Democrats are throwing at him.

Think on this one. IF "Biden" controls the DOJ and the deep state what is stopping the deep state from making any top secret/ ultra top secret documents with official timings and official stamps, exactly the same as they do the real ones. They can make up what they want.

Furthermore, any document mentioned in the indictment was done so with the approval of the classifying agency.

Also, if these documents were not damaging to Trump why would the DOJ be using them to charge Trump with crimes, knowing that Trump's lawyers, the judge, and the jury would all be privy to their comments?

The DOJ has a conviction rate of near 90%. They don't charge cases they don't think they can win. And the fact that they've provided their witness list this early shows their confidence.

After watching how Career Politicians and the (paid for) Media treated him, every day, all day, for 4 years it dawned on me he must be doing something right.
They are scared of him.
In my opinion, that is a VERY good thing.
Hopefully this time around he will watch al little better who he trust and who he hires.
IMHO, 95%+ of all those in DC are crooks and would sell their mother for a vote/position.
