It's rather simple and it starts by convincing children and adults they're in the wrong bodies. If someone is convinced then there is a good chance they will start to experiment with 'blockers', hormones and possibly surgery.

Recently btw De Santis has made it illegal to get gender surgery if you're a minor. I think it should be outlawed in all states.

So far no concrete example of damage being done on transgender teenagers.

Though I agree about mastectomy. It shouldn't be done until at least 25 years of age.

I support hormone blockers and required psychological counseling.

But, like you, no physical alterations via surgery until legal adult. Age 25 does seem like a good age.
