Mongols were famous under Ghengis Khan as extremely warlike and held one of the biggest empires in history. Not sure how this term used as an adjective to describe how the poster feels about war is racist. Unless I am missing something here...

"The word Mongoloid and other words ending in -oid relating to racial groups are no longer used scientifically and best avoided. If you need to refer to ethnicity, it is preferable to use the specific name of the people or peoples concerned".

When you are referring to settling disputes with war...I would assume the mongolian empire and specifically the people of the empire would fit the bill as an adjective. I seriously doubt he means as a race or even as mongols of present day. At least logically it makes more sense to me than anything else.
