Well, he's certainly entitled to his opinion. The charges actually don't rely on classification, but national security. Doesn't the atomic energy act include information on our nuclear capabilities anyway? That does not allow the President to declassify that info unilaterally. Apparently Trump himself on audio states he knew he could not declassify the Iranian military plans out of office. His attorney's never once claimed he declassified documents in any of their court filings. They claimed they were Personal Records. The PRA constitutes those as:
diaries, journals, or other personal notes serving as the functional equivalent of a diary or journal which are not prepared or utilized for, or circulated or communicated in the course of, transacting Government business.”
Not sure how our and other countries nuclear capabilities and military vulnerability fall into that category.
He also no longer has Executive Privilege as a former President. His lawyer who quit just last week stated this is very bad for him. Apparently he's also having difficulty finding any lawyer to add to the team to defend him. Weird right? I mean if this is such a slam dunk case to win, you would think they would be clamoring to be on the case to have such a huge easy win.
And you have Trump's own AG, whom he bragged about when he hired saying if they can prove this case, Trump is "toast".
But I'm sure random man in the OP knows best. We will see.

May I ask? If this is some huge nefarious plot to "get Trump", are you saying that everyone is in on it? Because if you read the indictment the evidence is coming from all of his own people. His lawyers, his employees, his aides. Unless I mean you're talking hundreds if not 1000s of people, from judges across the country, the DOJ, the FBI, accountants, a ton of other people I can't even guess at. This is what you mean? I mean instead of the guy who's already publicly claimed he could do what he wanted with government documents even though he was no longer President and that "he didn't really show" many people and he "can't remember".
This is why many think there is a cult of Trump. You would rather believe it's dang near a world conspiracy rather than face the fact that he is not really a good guy.
Most of us cannot comprehend that. I mean indict Biden? Big deal. If there is proof of a crime, convict him. I mean geez if his own lawyers had to testify because of the crime fraud exception, I would think he gets what he deserves. Certainly wouldn't think it's a conspiracy of thousands.
Only a fool can't see they are being treated drastically differently.

You only have Trump to blame. He could have gone after Hillary like he promised during the campaign., But he didn't. Why didn't he?
Because unlike you a*hole leftists he actually believed unity might be possible and that you get something from forgiveness of you enemy's.

And how does his knowledge compare to former USAG Bill Barr and current special counsel Jack Smith?
