I think they just do not care past the hive mentality. We saw MeToo get turned around and the left gnawed on their own arms, we saw BLM destroy cities, and kill people and it was all a scam. We are seeing kids come out now saying Hey I want to be a boy/girl again! Why didn't you tell me this was non-reversible?

They just do not care and want to win at all costs making things up as they go to just forget about it a short time later to focus on the next win at all costs.

At some point people who think these tactics are dangerous and destructive have to come to the realization that they are also working.

Perhaps not in the long game, yet for quite awhile now they have.

However, they can also be an effective way to bring about change when other methods fail.

In the long term, the effectiveness of these tactics remains questionable. However, in the short term, they are certainly powerful tools that can be used to promote change.

Investigators have exact details of what Nauta and De Oliveira told Taveras. Gee, I wonder where that came from?

The thing that really gets me is that all of the concern and discussion is about this now. Why? Because there is nothing else in any of the charges.This is not a national security matter. It should not even be a matter.

If this is a case about documents, is that not what the focus should be on? These 3 have NOTHING to really do with the main charge of a POTUS hold TS documentation. Right?

What happens when he decides to plead the fifth, which is his right? He is not being represented by a Trump attorney so there would not no coercion or collusion at that point.

Also, why did they want the cameras turned off during the raid but now they WANT the footage?

Taveras can't plead the Fifth. As he's been given immunity, it's not possible for him to incriminate himself.

Just because you have immunity to one charge it does not mean they can bring another. It is how they scare people into testifying. There are two types of immunity and one allows them to come back if they want.

Taveras most likely has letter immunity. Meaning, as long as he was honest with investigators and told them everything, they can't charge him with anything related to what he told them.

Taveras would have been informed of this by his lawyer. In other words, if Taveras pleads the Fifth he's most likely going to jail. But even then, it wouldn't get rid of testimony that Taveras has already provided to investigators.

His immunity is not as iron clad as it seems though. If he was given immunity for the crimes he will testify to that does not mean they could be brought up on other charges. Also, this is a Federal Crime...right? There is no 'blanket' immunity in Federal Cases. Blanket is actually called Transactional Immunity.

If he as not told this by his lawyers he should have stuck with his original ones.

You're the one that's claiming he's going to plead the Fifth based off nothing. He got his Queen-for-the-Day immunity. As long as he told investigators everything he has nothing to worry about.

The prosecutor isn't going to ask him any questions outside of the scope of the testimony he provided. So he can't plead the Fifth regarding that information as he has immunity for it.

He's testified that he was approached by Nauta and De Oliveira to delete surveillance footage, after it was subpoenaed, and was told that the order came from Trump.

Forget it.

Point is, he does NOT have full immunity. It is a Federal Case and that is not granted. So, if he wanted to, he could not confirm his Grand Jury testimony, that he changed, which in a sense would be pleading the fifth.

Also, asking if something can be deleted that is a second hand conversation is very very weak to hinge a case on. Like I said before, this has nothing to do with the documents case but they are hyping it up because it sounds good.

Time will tell.

Cannon has finally ordered a protective order in regards to the classified documents in this case. Cannon has ruled that all documents that are marked classified will be considered classified unless Trump can provide evidence to the contrary.

Now's the time for Trump to prove he declassified these documents. Let's see if his lawyers try to argue that.
