Here's the thing. Similar to Fox news right? They lie like heck to their audience, but audio and text caught behind the scenes? Completely different story. He had no knowledge he was being recorded. So which do you think is a lie? He also told Maga he was collecting funds to Build The Wall. What happened? Behind the scenes he was stealing that money. And as you see in a link on the previous page, files were uploaded after the laptop was turned in.

If there was just random crack head videos with hookers and he didn't push the CCP and salacious photos thing, would this have had as much traction for everyone? Don't forget, he was trying to alter the course of an election. He speaks to that too.

I didn't see anybody say he could or couldn't touch a minor but if the pics don't show that then there is nothing wrong in saying the pics don't show that. Nothing more, nothing less.

Who said anything like what you're attributing to me? The DOJ cannot charge based on what's online, knowing the drive has sketchy provenance and numerous copies with images added, uploaded, edited admittedly by someone working with the guys father political opponent. It takes actual evidence, again not what you or Newsmax claims.
