Chance has nothing to do with it. Either he did or he did not and a court should weigh the evidence. Where is the evidence that can be admissible in court? Remember, we need "chain of custody" and probable cause for a search warrant.

What kind of logic leads you to that conclusion?

One of my mentors and close friends was a high level Reagan White House appointee. He is most definitely very conservative and was a close advisor to Reagan. He recently told me he left the Repulican party because it has been taken over by idiots.

I'm not ashamed of my views. Conservatives say they are about individual rights and government not telling people what to do. Conservatives are also for limited government.

So why do conservatives want to expand laws to target LGBTQ people? Why do you want to control women choosing an abortion? Why ban drag shows? Just don't attend if you don't like them. (I personally don't like them so I don't attend.) Basically, I'm all about the government not telling people what to do including not attacking LGBTQ people.

Limited government means not passing all these laws against abortion, immigration, and so much else. Just stop! Start repealing laws and let the public make its choices. If Texans don't want abortions they won't have them, right? Instead they want to tell others they can't have them. That's not limited government. It's imposing religious views on others which conservatives claim to not want. In reality they want to be protected in imposing THEIR views on everyone else.

Personally I respect your choices and opinions even if I disagree. But I hope you realize that your stated opinions conflict with the current conservative agenda.

Seriously man, I have no conflict with you and respect your opinions regardless of what they are. I just consider myself conservative in the old sense and did not appreciate you saying I am not conservative.

I would describe myself as a social liberal but a fiscal conservative. Social liberal because I do not see that there should be a government role in deciding who someone loves or has sex with or what acts they engage in. I do not think social welfare programs should reward laziness or having lots of kids. I am in favor of work requirements for welfare but not for medicaid disability.

I'm torn on trans issues. There have always been trans people and I have no issue with that. But there seems to be an explosion recently. I think people need to "grow up" in terms of sharing bathrooms. I DGAF if a trans woman is standing in the urinal next to me, or a cis woman for that matter. We all bo to the bathroom. I mean, seriously, is it that big of a deal? As far as I know women's restrooms have enclosed toilets. Is it really such a big deal if your trans coworker hears the hiss when you pee? Males hear that all the time.

I lean toward the banning side on transwomen joining in female sports. It's tough because it comes down to testosterone and there are female athletes with high testerone levels because of training. What about a woman taking horemone treatments who does not declare as trans?

The web of LLC's, the millions of dollars going to the family members, coupled with Tony Bobylinsky's testimony shows a pretty clear picture of what's going on. If a junior inspector could be bothered to look at the evidence, there would be some hard to answer questions.

But if you try to focus your attention on someone else, you might be able to forget some of what Biden has done.

That investigation is what produced the document Comer is so desperate to see. Clearly nothing credible came from that investigation considering Trump's AG chose not to press charges.
