May be a bit off topic, but Prince Harry admitted in his book "Spare" to taking weed coc aine and magic mushrooms. But didn't declare that when he applied to emigrate to the US.

Should that not get him kicked out?

I'd have thought so.

How's that?

There is absolutely no law in which one can be prosecuted for being filmed doing drugs. Drug laws are possession, manufacturing, and distribution. Which one would this be?

We know he is doing real drugs in those pictures and videos, but there is no way to prove it in court.

I didn't claim he'd be prosecuted. I said technically you can be arrested for doing drugs on video. And that's of course if you're caught. I didn't say that people do get arrested or even that it's common. I said you can and that was in response to the claim that you can't.

If you're streaming your drug use on video into an underage forum you probably can be arrested.

I doubt it, but who is doing that? What would the charge be?

Not saying you're wrong, but who would illegally arrest the son of the president?

[Quote]Im actually not surprised that adults think that government (or anybody ) has a non existing technology that can index and make sense of the unfathomable amount of data that is the internet in any reasonable time period.

nsa.gov1.info...

Background
The Utah Data Center, code-named Bumblehive, is the first Intelligence Community Comprehensive National Cyber-security Initiative (IC CNCI) data center designed to support the Intelligence Community's efforts to monitor, strengthen and protect the nation.

Our Utah "massive data repository" is designed to cope with the vast increases in digital data that have accompanied the rise of the global network

Yes. We. Can.
-Love, the NSA.

You linked a datacenter. Google has them. So does Amazon. Rackspace. The list goes on. The existence of a data center (they've existed for awhile now) has nothing to do with the post you replied to.

No you (not even the NSA) can't.
-Love, someone that understands the science.

The original claim was that what is on the internet stays on the internet. That's not true, governments and private groups have various censorship methods to suppress, block or remove information.
