The investigation is not over. Jared still has to turn over documents. I wasn't the one who claimed the investigation into Jared cleared him of wrong doing. It's now stalled with Comer in charge.

Huh? You're comparing the NY case to a committee investigation? So you believe they should have immediately subpoenaed instead of asking for the documents? You do realize there were midterm elections, breaks, Raskin getting cancer treatments and then the GOP became in charge of the committee? The FBI has offered to show Comer the document in question, and that evidently isn't good enough for him, because he wants to wave it around in a public spectacle, as red meat to all the Biden bashers and anti-Democrats.

So, was Trump in possession of a classified document that was declassified? Anything that was Classified can be referred to as classified even if it was de-classified. Kinda of how they were able to say in the media he was convicted of a sex crime from a civil court decision. I mean, where is the audio? I would like to hear what was said and not the interpretation of what was said. I would not be surprised if it is somehow tied to the killing of Solemahni. THAT is what you do to terrorists.

This is just so lame to be honest. I can see now that the entire Pence investigation was to be done to show he will be the better candidate. No one else thinks it is weird the week he announces he is also cleared.

Adam Schiff isn't involved in the investigation. Jack Smith is leading it and he has a lot better record than that clown John Durham at winning federal cases.

Witnesses are unreliable and lie. Audio can be manufactured.

The witness in question is the communications director for Trump's campaign. Do you really think she's going to fabricate audio and lie to throw Trump under the bus?

Not to mention that the incident is tangentially referenced in Mark Meadows' memoir, which is what the aides were interviewing Trump for.

Yes. Shes not rich,and I bet you theres gonna be alot of money for her story. And SHE dont have to do the audio,the FBI and CIA can reproduce his voice and make him say anything they want. So she dont have to do anything but just agree to what they produce.
