The FBI again refused to comply Monday with House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer’s subpoena for a document that allegedly details a pay-to-play scheme involving then-Vice President Joe Biden.

The bureau’s latest refusal to turn over the unclassified FD-1023 document detailing an informant’s criminal allegations against Biden, 80, came during a briefing between the Oversight Committee and FBI staff.

Comer (R-Ky.) is expected to reveal the panel’s next steps in the quest for the document sometime this week.

Congress has the power to cut funding to federal agencies or use litigation to enforce subpoenas.

The Republican-led House of Representatives also could move to hold FBI Director Christopher Wray in contempt or begin impeachment proceedings in an effort to apply pressure.

Comer previously set a May 10 deadline for the bureau to comply with the request for the FD-1023 document, which reportedly relates to bribery allegations involving Biden in a country where the family had two major business ventures. A source familiar with the matter previously told The Post the country is not China.

The FBI Refused to comply with a subpoena to turn over criminal evidence they have against JOE BIDEN.

FBI Director Wray refused to testify to either Comer's GOP committee, or to meet with Senator Chuck Grassley on this subject.

FBI Director Wray told House Speaker Kevin McCarthy last week that the document pointing to the fact that Joe Biden committed BlackMail against a foreign leader, is coming to the Congress soon.

Yesterday (Monday) the FBI told Congress, "Sorry...McCarthy must have misunderstood. You can NOT see this document."

Today (Tuesday), Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer says he's going to try once again to meet with Christopher Wray. And he's prepared to hold Wray in Contempt of Congress, if he doesn't provide this potentially damning evidence against Joe Biden.

Just trust us. . . .’ It’s not normal for the president of the United States’ children and grandchildren, and in-laws and nieces and nephews to receive wires from foreign nationals.”

Comer said US media outlets have begun to report on the case because the American public is following it closely, despite their efforts to ignore or downplay the allegations against Biden. “The American people do not want to see public corruption,” he said. “They expect Congress to investigate public corruption.”

The US Department of Justice formally shut down an investigation of Clinton’s family foundation in August 2021, seven months after Biden took office as president, and the FBI destroyed all of the evidence compiled during the probe, according to a New York Times article published on Monday.

“Revealing unverified or possibly incomplete information could harm investigations, prejudice prosecutions or judicial proceedings, unfairly violate privacy or reputations, create misimpressions in the public, or potentially identify individuals who provide information to law enforcement, placing their physical safety at risk. Information from confidential human sources and members of the public is critical to the work of the FBI and we are also committed to protecting the confidentiality of anyone who comes forward.”

And the evidence that Comer has that this information exists is from witness(es) and whistleblower(s), all of whom Comer has lost track of. That's quite the capable and compelling investigation the GOP House has going.

Want to talk about the DOJ/FBI not pursuing charges? Then why didn't the indict Trump after he left office for the same crimes that they prosecuted Michael Cohen for, i.e. the $130k hush money to Stormy Daniels, that evaded campaign finance disclosure laws? Or the criminal matter involving Trump, which Durham and Barr found out about when visiting with Italian officials while investigating the Crossfire Hurricane investigation?

A couple more points:

1. There's mixed reports whether or not a source has been lost, or we are just being told that for their protection. Should sources be protected?

2. "Incomplete and unverified" are somewhat relative terms, allowing them to be used loosely.

3. The GOP house committee want to verify the facts, and want to continue and broaden the investigation. Why the interference?

4. RT has earned my trust over the years as consistently being more open and honest in their reporting, than many of US media outlets who seem increasingly State controlled and at times intentionally dishonest.
