You may have missed the part where the diary floated around for quite awhile. It was taken to numerous GOP fundraising parties and passed around. No telling whether what eventually was turned over to the Feds was original, a duplicate, etc. Or that the online version is factual. We know from Bannons leaked audio that the online version of the Hunter laptop went through "editorial" creativity, and that Guo Weingui uploaded pics and started the whole CCP compromised rumor about it. I've posted the links to both of these reports/audio around here previously.

Would anyone else ever in the history of law and order gone to JAIL for finding a diary in a rehab room? Why raid PV after they did what they should have done, and turned it over to the FBI? Seems like a bit of overreaction for a big nothingburger, don't you think?

As to the laptop? One thing NEVER said about the broken chain of custody defense: emails have someone on the other end that can be traced. So it would be VERY EASY to verify the accuracy of the email contents. And nobody really gives a fig about the Hunter dirty pics and crack pipe.

Why are the Biden kids so careless with their incriminating evidence items? I think its deep seated. Maybe it's just the drugs. YMMV

BIG UPDATE: New court docs state that Ashley Biden's infamous diary does in fact belong to her. Yes, the diary in which she wrote that Joe Biden inappropriately showered with her as a child.

The Special Master reviewing the 2021 pre-dawn FBI raid on the home of Project Veritas founder James O'Keefe – related to his acquisition of the diary in question – filed a report yesterday in the Southern District of New York. The court filing, which is public, contains a bombshell. As Special Master Barbara Jones relayed information related to the case, she revealed that Ashley Biden confirmed over the phone that the scandalous diary in question does, in fact, belong to her. The diary is real and it belongs to Ashley Biden. This is huge news because, among other reasons, Ashley Biden wrote in the diary that her father inappropriately took showers with her when she was a child.

So, what I remember wasn't from testimony to a special master, but from what was written in the diary.

"Hyper-sexualized at a young age. What is this due to? Was I molested? I think so – I can't remember specifics but I do remember trauma – I remember not liking [an acquaintance's] house; I remember somewhat being sexualized with Caroline; I remember having sex with friends at a young age; showers with my dad (probably not appropriate); being turned on when I was not supposed to be."

I seem to remember the True the Vote couple being treated similarly, after having revealed that they found US election worker personal data on CCP servers.

Well because when you steal personal property and sell it, it's illegal. When they first tried to make money off of a personal possession of a political candidate they were advised to turn it over to the FBI. They chose not to and instead sell it.

And, you have the repair man Issac, himself stating what's been floating Round online is not the same info that he saw. You have him claim he was never in contact with Rudy's attorney but then find out he was in contact him, even before he had the laptop. You've had the post and DDoSecrets forensic review of the contents with some info verified and other files and emails added after the laptop was at the repair shop.

It's a debacle. Rudy, Bannon and crew were so desperate to derail the election that the chain of custody, the multiple drives, added info on all them does not bode well for anything to ever come from it. Hunter was already being investigated for taxes at the time. You may get the gun charges and tax charges. MTG recently claiming she wants to bring in prostitutes to testify to the committee is just a show along with the suddenly missing or not missing (depending whether you talk to her or Comer )whistleblowers.

I never said the diary was not hers. Did she speak out about the contents? Has she spoken out about her father? What happened to the diary while it was making its rounds at parties for giggles? Do you know of it was duplicated? Added to? Had things omitted? I don't. But as we see with the hard drive, which did have things added, it's not out of the realm of possibility.

The diary was not stolen, it was left behind. The laptop wasn't stolen, it was left behind.

The FBI has the original laptop. They misplaced it. If they wanted, they could verify the accuracy of the emails that implicated the Big Guy. The other party on the email conversation has actually already said it was authentic.

Now we have the Durham report.... yummy, lets go see what they are serving up!

It just seems to me that if there was really bad stuff on HB's laptop, the protectionist would be doing everything they can to discredit the contents.

I seem to remember 51 ex-cia agents telling Americans that the contents of the laptop appeared to be Russian disinformation.

Now, I'm hearing from you that the contents may have been altered before being made public for a short while.

So I have to ask if you can please provide us with supporting evidence that the contents of the laptop we're altered, how, and by who?

But it was. They admitted it. Biden left the items stored with the homeowners consent. Amy Harris lived there temporarily with the family member who had told Biden she could store her things there and get them later. Harris then stole it. She's admitted to it.

I can't say who altered it. I have previously provided links to leaked Steve Bannon audio who states Guo Wengui took "editorial creativity" with the hard drive. No telling what's on the numerous versions of the drive.

Why would Bannon lie about the lap top? The audio was leaked. He was a massive pusher of all of this. He lied to everyone who believes the images and info he himself was saying about the laptop though since he was bragging about Gao adding to it.


As to the redaction, maybe the email is legit, but actually hacked and obviously not sent by an iPhone if they added that in. Or it's fake and the phone number was the sender of the fake email to whoever uploaded it. Either way, certainly sketchy. Why would anyone mess with legit damaging info, which then taints it?

I'm not saying there may be legit things there, but all this other crap done to it certainly makes it worse for the accusers.
