I couldn't tell you as those reports generally aren't made public. We do know that Deutsche Bank flagged a number of transactions made by Trump and Kushner between 2016 and 2017 as being suspicious.

We also know that most banks refuse to do business with Trump due to his financial history.

If Kushner or any other Trump person did anything wrong, they would have been arrested for it, they weren't so they are innocent.

Exactly. I'm more concerned about seeing entire departments thoroughly held accountable and cleaned up, than I am about any of the Bidens. However, if serious crimes were committed, at high levels, that jeopardized our national security, they should be investigated and prosecuted. If there's corruption at every level of major departments of state, we have a much larger problem that's going to require a lot of work, and well thought out solutions, to remedy.

With the Bidens, for those saying "where's the proof of a crime", that's a cope out.

Crimes are typically proven beyond a reasonable doubt with a preponderance of evidence.

In this case, we are learning about the preponderance of evidence that could prove crimes within a court of law, and also how the FBI is withholding some of that unclassified evidence.

I agree that these departments should have their funding cut until they can be held accountable to the public, at the very least. What we have been seeing and hearing about corruption these last few years, abuses of power, technology, and data, and the weaponizing of government towards some Americans, is absolutely insane.

The timing of this subpoena now is definitely political, after sitting on it since, when, 2017?

When the nation's Top Law Enforcement and most of the Judiciary is CROOKED, "ethics" are no longer recognized by the system. In fact, they're used against you by crooked authorities. i.e. "Due to an ongoing investigation, we can't share what we know".

If you have access to evidence showing the leader of our nation as an evil crook, you share it. THAT is the ETHICAL thing to do, because the good of the nation and its citizens, is priority #1.

The Speaker of the House is now attempting to force the FBI to comply with the subpoena.

Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) said he plans to call FBI Director Christopher Wray on Thursday after the agency rebuffed a subpoena from the House Oversight Committee for a document that GOP lawmakers claim lays out an “alleged criminal scheme” involving President Biden and a foreign national.

McCarthy’s comments came one day after Christopher Dunham, the acting assistant director of the FBI’s Office of Congressional Affairs, penned a letter to House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) informing him the agency would not immediately provide the document in question.
