But when you are an adult, pretending to be someone else, and stomping your feet until everyone else agrees with you is the sign of mental illness.

Imagine the feet stomping if tomorrow patriotism, or religions was declared a mental illness...
Those ideologies are not based on biological facts either...

They indeed thrive with less reality based facts, than transgender.

The original point or topic was whether or not gender incongruence is a mental illness or not, even though it's been recategorized into a sexual condition category by experts, the deniers here want to keep it in the mental illness category. I offered up serial killer's brain structural reasons why they kill without regret or emotion to make the point that some behavioural and emotional feelz can be attributed to neurobiological reasons. Then I was sidelined and mind games ensued.

YES.

I know “they” (basic same demographic) tried to make a big deal out of gays being reclassified — but still under mental illness. When it flat out stated it was so they could continue getting the medical care from their insurance.

“They” always try to twist to the negative.

I’ve stated I’m fascinated with brain scans. I remembered the one about murderers.

Yes when we don't stand with those against peer pressure, but hide behind the masses, it's very likely that one day it will bite back.

I wonder how does peer pressure feel for some, now that they are not part of the peer anymore, and people against peer presure just don't give a crap about them anymore?
