Here's a little bit more of a description of events:

One official told ABC News that the object was “cylindrical and silver-ish gray” and gave the “balloon-like” appearance of floating without “any sort of propulsion”. Another official from the Department of Defense told the New York Times that the object broke into pieces when it hit the frozen sea

The object was flying at an altitude of 40,000ft, about the same level as commercial planes, and was travelling at about 20 to 40 miles per hour before it was struck down. Officials say the object had flown over parts of Alaska but was heading toward the north pole before it was struck down

www.theguardian.com...

As a rule, "balloons" (or blimps) do not "break into pieces" when they hit solid ground.

Any hard pieces that may have been attached to the envelope may break off, and they, themselves, will likely "break into pieces"; but the envelope, whatever is left of it after deflation midair, will remain intact.

We saw this in the pictures of the recently downed Chinese spy balloon.

Solid objects, however, do tend to break up on impact with the ground after falling from 40,000FT.

But solid objects don't tend to loiter at altitude for hours, drifting with the wind.

The more they tell us, the less we know.

Some hysterical poster on ATS just posted that the Chinese have made a pact with the Galactic Federation!

Oh goodness

And funny, there seems to be a plethora of religious postings on ATS lately.

Hmmm…

Source: Canada and U.S. Scramble Jets to Take Down UFO, Trudeau Says

An American fighter jet shot down an unidentified flying object over Canada on Saturday afternoon, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has announced. The news came shortly after the North American Aerospace Defense Command warned of a “high-altitude airborne object” flying over Northern Canada.

Here is something I just read

In recent weeks, a string of flying objects have been spotted over various countries in the Western Hemisphere, sparking a diplomatic crisis between the U.S. and China.

The fallout from the discovery led Secretary of State Antony Blinken to cancel an upcoming trip to China intended to cool relations between the two superpowers, which have exchanged increasingly hostile rhetoric in recent months.

In the days following the sighting of the first balloon, other similar objects were reportedly spotted in the skies over Costa Rica and Colombia. China claimed these balloons also had no intelligence-gathering function.

Recent intelligence has revealed a larger Chinese airborne surveillance effort, which saw the country using the giant inflatables to snoop everywhere from Europe to Southeast Asia.

It is not being referred to as a UAP in DOD circles, tells me they know what it is, we don't. My guess is it is a big ass tarp hah

I think they know too. They would obviously have an F-22 pilot confirm visual contact. But the fact they were willing to openly call the first object a balloon and yet not disclose what these objects are is rather suspicious. Not saying it's aliens or anything, just wondering why say freely, "We shot down a Chinese Balloon!" and then "We shot down an unknown thing from an unknown origin." ...very interesting

Can’t help but laugh….media and government using the words object, unidentified, unidentified aerial, flying object……

But yet…..they won’t string the words together and say an Unidentified Flying Object was shot down.

Even with the cylindrical description

What a farce.

I haven't dismissed the possibility of these objects being Chinese in origin. Could be a psy-op to screw with our defenses and civilian population. Measuring to see how we re-act.

Hey…with all of this nuke talk, maybe it is the Galactic Feds making their move.

Of course, I’m being a bit tongue in cheek, I don’t believe in any galactic federation.

I believe in something that doesn’t exist in our world.

Common sense, peace, decency, and the sanity to come together as a species, remove all nukes and make peace FINALLY.

Of course, I do believe the ufo phenomenon has something to do with the fact this dangerous wayward species called humanity has the power to destroy all life on this earth in seconds. Something has come awake because of that outside or inside of something interested in this planet.

The PTB on this planet are NOT sane or sensible. They make no progress or even try to come to a universal state of peace: indeed, those with the power: the US, EU, China, Russia, India, Pakistan, Turkey, Iran, Israel, NATO, etc., are just blindly wandering on to inevitable world destruction.

Just heard on FOX news…..live desk anchor update actually saying the Ufologists golden words…..”Unidentified Flying Objects are invading North American airspace”…….in connection with the Canada incident….then the anchor went on to say that they shut down the airspace over Montana for awhile in a separate incident then said it was a radar anomaly….

Hmmmmm….a radar anomaly? In Montana

Killer balloons

Yes, hostile balloons flying over USA airspace date back to 1945. Yes, they were launched from Japan and were able to fly as far as Oregon, and Montana. And beyond. Now, replace Japan by China and replace "balloons" by HAPS and HALE, and there you have your Chinese UFOs over US airspace. Again.

Zephyr Stratospheric UAV is a European UAV that can fly at a maximum altitude of 70,000ft, developed by Airbus Defence and Space. Obviously, the Chinese have their own HAPS, HALE, and UAVs.

See, there is a plethora of unmanned aerial vehicles flying all over the world, at whatever altitude you happen to imagine. And yes, you do well in closing the airspace when unidentified objects happen to be around because they pose a clear risk to civilian air traffic.

Business as usual.

Is there are black out with other countries at this point or are these things appearing all over and we are not being told? This is not right. There are incursions by foriegn aircraft every year but they ALWAYS tell us what it is. A Russian Bomber. A Chinese drone.

Here, they are telling us basically nothing. One is an accident, two is not a coincidence and more than 3 in a week is an invasion.

Thanks Ray.

Yeah, I read up on it a bit yesterday.

Apparently, the AIM-9X is a heat seeking missile, but it isn't clear (to me) just how much difference there has to be in the target's heat signature versus the background.

I also saw the usage of "A9X" ... not sure if someone got the nomenclature wrong or it is some kind of abbreviation for "AIM-9X".

Cheers

Is it even possible to talk propulsion possibilities hypothetically?

Ok ……..so far we have a description of two unknown (place of origin) UAP’s…..

1) Alaska - size of small car or 55 gallon drum (by some sources). Oddly enough, a 55 gallon drum is Cylindrical in shape.

2) Canada - Cylindrical in shape, gray to silver in color.

It’s not sure that a balloon envelope was attached to either or both ….has been emphasized to be fact from developed sources so far.

To question the propulsion of the UAP’s, what can probably be deduced from both objects?

The explosion or lack of explosion from the point of impact when the Sidewinder Missiles hit the objects.

What would have been the fireballs of the explosion had the objects had been Nuclear powered, Plasma powered, Electromagnetic powered, Chemically powered, Solid Fuel powered, etc?

So, if it wasn’t a Nuclear type explosion, i.e……then odds are, the objects propulsion was not Nuclear…..and so on for the rest……….”if it wasn’t this, then it couldn’t have been that” type of deduction…….

What say you?

I say MUFON or similar need to get someone to the debris site before journo's are invited to photograph it in some military base office.

If not at least use a high enough definition camera so the damn note can be read this time.
