What happened to him anyway? Did he post bond? Acting the way he does I can't imagine him lasting long in an Eastern European jail. MMA fighter or not.

I believe he is being held for 30 days, no bail, as they investigate/gather evidence. Saw a pic of him in jail, he looked scared.

Is this something they do in other countries? Lock you up then build the case? I always thought it was the other way around. Build the case, present enough evidence to arrest you. I have no idea if he innocent or guilty but it's a weird one, at last the optics and timing.

my understanding is that they've been building the case for something on the scale of nine months, they've already been charged, and this is detainment to stop them fleeing the jurisdiction. flight risk style stuff.
No idea what you mean about optics and timing, unless you're referring to the guy who's been talking about his sex trafficking openly on the internet for years and probably has wind that they're building a case against him going "oh guys if they get me iT wAs ThE iLlUmInAtI"

Different rules in other countries, I think they are dealing with what they found in the warrant/raid, I have to assume they had enough evidence to get the warrant, really have no idea about Romania's legal system though. I know Romania has been pressured to deal with human trafficking.

this is a very strange case, plenty of women who worked for Tate are claiming this is all BS and who he is is vastly different than what he says on videos etc.

i think he'll walk and then take up residency in UAE, they guy has around 6 different passports.

Nah I've been looking into the guy for a while. He was really pushing the envelope and influencing young men even having a twitter thing with their darling greta like a day before his arrest. I like you believe he could have known this was going down and that could be why he was saying the "matrix" was going to go after him, knowing that this was coming. The mainstream has painted him as a terrible person and the groundwork was already laid out for all this. They had banned him from most social media. Nothing was shutting him down and he just continued to grow followers. The last thing they want is a guy who promotes young men to be masculine and question everything they are being told and to push back. Saying this he could be guilty as hell, but just like with Trump I feel like if he was they would have gotten him before now.

As far as talking about his sex trafficking, I've heard him talk about having a web cam business but have never heard him say he forced women to work for him, not that he would admit that, but having a web cam business and making a deal where he gets paid and the woman gets paid is not in itself sex trafficking. We joke about the illumanati but if they want to shut you down and have tried several measures with no success they will certainly find other ways. many women have come forward saying there is no way he did this and coming to his defense. Saying all this he could be guilty but to say it's not questionable is being convinced by the mainstream that he is what they say he is.

I wouldn't want to be in Romania going to trial, I mean at least if he was here in the US the trial would be public and whatever they have against him would be all over the media. There he could have court, be found guilty and no one have a clue what the actual evidence was. Hopefully he gets a fair trial and if he is truly guilty he will get what he has coming, if not he will be released. i'm just not so sure like some here that he is guilty because they don't like what he has to say.

Madonna is grooming children.
Laws passed in African country due to her trafficking children for sick social experiments

"After careful review and facts presented regarding the psychological, physical and mental abuse of African children on January 11, 2018, the U.S. Embassy in Addis Ababa confirmed that Ethiopian Parliament passed new legislation banning adoptions by foreigners on January 9, 2018.

"In 2019, nearly 70% of human trafficking victims in the U.S. were identified as either being sex trafficked, or victims of both forced labor and sexual exploitation.

"The High Court recently stated that 25 million people worldwide are not afforded their fundamental right to freedom; however, the International Labor Organization estimates the number of human trafficking victims to be approximately 40 million," said the petitioners -- citing the link sites.uab.edu...

The petition also accused the government of Malawi of failing "to do a complete social background check on the adoptive parent" and they have reason to believe that Madonna "is using these children as a social experiment in response to the heavy LGBTQ community push for sodomy in America".

The Federation quotes Malawi Penal Code that provides in Section 137A: 'Indecent practices between females. Any female person who, whether in public or private, commits any act of gross indecency with another female person, or procures another female person to commit any act of gross indecency with her, or attempts to procure the commission of any such act by any female person with herself or with another female person, whether in public or private, shall be guilty of an offense and shall be liable to imprisonment for five years'.

Clearly she broke African laws and should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law for child trafficking and corruption of a minor.
Ethiopian World Federation Asks President Chakwera to Institute Investigations On Integrity of Madonna's Malawi Charity, Raising Malawi allafrica.com...

It will be of no surprise here in this thread that many will apologies for Madonna and attempt to gloss over all the facts of child trafficking and sexploitation simply because she is a woman celebrity.
Even after all the facts of these crimes are publicly seen and known

Oops.

The court of appeal rejected their plight.

A document explaining the judge's motivation for their 30-day detention stated "the possibility of them evading investigations cannot be ignored" and the suspects could "leave Romania and settle in countries that do not allow extradition.

Apparently, they appear to be a flight risk.

you have evidence yes? as the romanian police clearly don't, hence their need for a further 30 days.

I know Romania has been pressured to deal with human trafficking.

Well the definition of Human Trafficking or Sex Trafficking is kind of broad now... a regular John picking up a prostitute on the street corner is technically human and/or sex trafficking now.

Consider also that the age of consent in Romaina is what? 15 years old.

Andrew Tate ‘accusers’ claim they made clear they’re ‘not victims’

“I don’t understand … the prosecutors [said] we’re victims in this case, when we obviously declared we are not the victims,” she said.

“So this case is basically built on lies,” she said, asking: “How can I trust the Romanian authorities?”

The age of consent is 18 in Romania not 15.

The Romanian authorities treat all drug-related and sex offenses very seriously. The age of consent is 18. If you are convicted, you can expect a prison sentence.

Edit: My bad actually looking into it further the "legal age to have sexual intercourse is 15".

www.ageofconsent.net...

The Age of Consent in Romania is 15 years old. The age of consent is the minimum age at which an individual is considered legally old enough to consent to participation in sexual activity. Individuals aged 14 or younger in Romania are not legally able to consent to sexual activity, and such activity may result in prosecution for statutory rape or the equivalent local law.

Romania statutory rape law is violated when an individual has consensual sexual contact with a person under age 15. There is a close in age exemption of 4 years. The age of consent rises to 18 if the older party abuses their authority or influence to gain sexual access to the victim. It is also illegal for adults to perform sexual acts in the presence of children under 13, she them pornographic materials, induce the child to meet for sexual activity, or to induce the child to view sex shows.

Romania has a close-in-age exemption. A close in age exemptions, commonly known as "Romeo and Juliet law" in the United States, is a law designed to prevent the prosecution of underage couples who engage in consensual sex when both participants are significantly close in age to each other, and one or both are below the age of consent.

Depending on the situation, the Romania close-in-age exemption may completely exempt qualifying close-in-age couples from the age of consent law, or merely provide a legal defence that can be used in the event of prosecution.

If i was Tate or his legal team might be worth taking on board this part "There is a close in age exemption of 4 years. The age of consent rises to 18 if the older party abuses their authority or influence to gain sexual access to the victim".

We both live there so we know...

to be more specific "the age of consent for sexual intercourse"

See this part however. "There is a close-in-age exemption of 4 years. The age of consent rises to 18 if the older party abuses their authority or influence to gain sexual access to the victim."

I imagine that law is there to stop the likes of sex tourists praying on the likes of little 15-year-old Romanian girls/boys.
