Andrew Tate arrested for human trafficking

Social media influencer Andrew Tate has been arrested in Romania on suspicion of human trafficking, rape and forming an organised crime group, prosecutors have confirmed. The 36-year-old British-American and his brother Tristan were arrested in Bucharest and will be detained for 24 hours alongside two Romanian suspects, prosecutors in the country said.

I don’t like the guy personally but this could be interesting. Andrew and his brother Tristan have been arrested. 2 days ago Andrew released a video on TikTok saying he thinks ‘they’ are going to try to kill him. He said he has already had many warnings. He said he knows they have 3 strikes in this game. 1 try to silence and discredit.. already happened. 2 arrested on crazy charges. 3 dead. He said he honestly believes he is going to die.

In a podcast 2 days before in closing he said while there is an audience - if I am arrested on crazy charges.. I didn’t do it and I didn’t kill myself.

Saw this, there is no way that Tate and his brother were sex trafficking. This will be interesting to see the "evidence". At least they didn't plant kiddy porn on his devices, the "sex trafficking" seems like a hard deal to frame someone with.

Here's the thing, the charges aren't crazy. This is the second time this year that his villa has been raided in relation to this human trafficking investigation. Apparently authorities were ready to arrest him and his brother a while ago but they had to wait until they knew the brothers were in the country.

If Andrew didn't decide to start Twitter beef with a teenage girl, odds are he would be a free man right now.

I wasn’t aware of this, maybe that would make sense with these public announcements if he knew the arrest was imminent.

They’re both grifters and assholes.

Also, Romania is notorious for human trafficking. Many of the population are drifters who don’t like having state IDs. You couldn’t ask for a better place to set up shop in Europe.

But he did go after the lefts golden child, so I could see it go either way.

I’ll wait for more info before I jump to conclusions, especially when both seem plausible.

The unit carries the name "Vlad Țepeș" after the legendary Wallachian ruler, Vlad the Impaler.

thats the one problem I had in eastern europe, lotta fantastic people but rub the wrong person the wrong way and you were toast it was just a matter of when.

It's true. If he didn't randomly tweet at Greta Thunberg, she wouldn't have roasted his ass, and he wouldn't have posted his two minute rant that had a pizza box from Romanian pizza chain in it that tipped authorities off to him being in the country.
