yet people are risking their lives on an almost daily basis in makeshift rafts, just to get OUT....

In any case, for me, it'd be my own little private island off the coast of Maine. I love the cold, and I love lobster. Right now I'm in sunny Florida, and I loathe it...especially since I just got back from Washington state...where it was beautiful weather every day. Something about 95 degre weather with 100% humidity that I just don't like, about Florida....

new zealand. one, i love the countryside i have seens many pictures, but from people i know who have been there, it is even more spectacular in the flesh. it's near the ocean. i love the ocean, always have, always will, not to mention people there speak english, saves time learning a difficult new language. like french. french people freak me out. cept nans!

it'd be a nice place to run away to, to get away. i wouldn't have to see much of america again. as long as i could get away. not to mention australia is close, along with asia. asians rule. period.

I plotted to take over New Zealand and remake it into a Utopian society...
Then I got mental help....
(just kidding, I never got the help)....

Beautiful countryside, from what I've seen. But as I haven't been there yet in person, I can't say yet. Good choice though...
They film a lot of movies there for the scenery....

Arizona for a winter residence because it is a dry heat. Also because I enjoy hunting for the Lost Dutchman Mine.

Colorado for a summer residence because I love prospecting for the gemstones that are there. Also for the sound of cool rushing water which I don't get in Arizona.

I prefer to live in towns of less than 50,000 people.
