The only thing that was “fatal” to the Republicans was the inability to see that the Liberals want and need to have free, unfettered reign to kill unborn children.
They want to have that out when they get knocked up for the 5th time from having sex in exchange for drugs.
But then they are hypocrites when they try to say that Trump locked up children at the border, when in reality they don’t care about children at all.

Look at the economy in 2016, and look at the economy now.
Why 2016 keeps getting uglier for US economy
When it comes to economic growth, 2016 is looking a lot like 2015 — and probably even worse.
Friday’s report showing that gross domestic product grew just 0.7 percent in the fourth quarter brought to a conclusion another year of dashed hopes for economic liftoff — “escape velocity,” as it is sometimes called.

The left will swear this is true and that the right won't elect anyone that isn't Christian, it's not true we've had many candidates we've been behind that weren't Christian but they still had conservative values. They won't tell you that though.

I believe it would have happened if they would have left the abortion issue alone.

OMG another person who doesn't understand economics.
Debt - Total amount owed by the government.
Deficit - Annual Budget shortfall
We add to the debt when the annual budget runs over the amount of taxes taken in. If we happen to take in more taxes than we spend we reduce the debt.
Deficit under Trump skyrocketed up. He did a lot to try to cut spending in certain area's but his tax cuts, plus other budgetary concerns exploded the deficit even before Covid.
Just to give you some background here and believe me Obama had some doozies in office as well.
2015 Deficit - $450 Billion (Obama)
2016 Deficit - $587 Billion (Obama)
2017 Deficit - $666 Billion (Obama)
2018 Deficit - $770 Billion (Trump)
2019 Deficit - $984 Billion (Trump)
2020 Deficit triples under Covid (Free Money 'yall... This will bite you later and you will blame Biden for it.)
Hey I'm not blaming Trump for the handouts under Covid. Companies were laying off people everywhere, the economy stalled.. Something had to be done - Did they overstimulate - well heck yes but always easy to Monday morning quarterback after the dust has settled.
Deficit has been largely reduced under Biden. Granted many people believe he should have had larger reductions than he has attained, but before you use this are your ammo against a BIden admin - realize that Trump blasted the debt and increased the deficit. The only presidents that outpaced him were George W and Lincoln.

Out of 26 candidates that Trump endorsed 22 won, but you leftists and your lying media want to claim this was a major red dud?...
We won the House 100% certain, and we are closer to winning the Senate, although we will have to wait to find out. Democrats allegedly have 48 seats and Republicans have 49 seats.
As a majority more Republicans won races than democrats. So how can you claim that you/democrats/the left won?...

Backing mostly incumbents and safe seats doesn't make you captain amazing when they retain their seats.
It is undeniable to anyone who understands anything about the history and expectations of the mid terms, that this was a disaster for republicans. It was an awful, awful performance. And that's with a potus who is basically absent.
Trump is poison and he's done. He can sob and wail on truth social about fox and desantis all he likes, but he's reduced to being a bitter angry old man repeating the same points time and again at ever-smaller cult rallies.
This was a disastrous performance for republicans. To claim otherwise means you either don't understand, you're in denial, or simply you're being disingenuous.
Accept it and move on. It's a message and a wake up call.

Andrew Cuomo says Zeldin coming within 5 points of victory ‘a real wake-up call’
Former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) said New York Republican gubernatorial nominee Lee Zeldin’s strong, yet unsuccessful performance in Tuesday’s election is a “wake-up call” for Democrats.
“But to come within 5 points — that’s the closest race since George Pataki, I mean, so that is a real wake-up call,” he added. “And it did cost Democrats, it has cost Democrats precious congressional seats.”
In 2018, Cuomo had won reelection by more than 20 percentage points, with Hochul appearing alongside him on the party’s ticket.
