Summary

1.) Were it not for President Trump, Republicans would have LOST Congressional seats this midterm cycle.

2.) Were it not for the GOP/McConnell withholding support for Republican candidates in key races, Republicans would have won even MORE seats this midterm cycle.

3.) Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham (intentionally?) sabotaged Republican candidates by introducing Anti-Abortion legislation in September, and voicing the desire to "change" Social Security and Medicare, if Republicans won the House and Senate.

Changes must be made at the top of the GOP...with Republican leadership!

The Trump train hasn't even begun to roll yet... it's sitting in the station blowing off steam preparing to embark.

R's only need 7 of the 11 republican districts left to pull through on a house win. 8 of these districts are leading by + percentage points (no run-off or do-overs)

There are 14 Democrat held districts left and even if they don't lose any more like in Maimi and NY then that 14 still isn't enough to pull them through the finish line.

Indeed. Like I've told others, my first period was a bigger red wave than this was. But there is a red wave coming. The Republican bloodbath as MAGA and the rest of the GOP duke it out. It's already getting interesting.

Hell, even though they took the House, the margin is so slight, it barely matters in the bigger picture. Their own party is in so much chaos, they will lucky to get anything meaningful passed.

And that will be about as successful as when the Democrats impeached Trump. Twice.

They can impeach and indict all they like. The Dems control the Senate. And the GOP is still divided enough that impeachment and investigations, at best, might barely pas the mark, if they try hard enough.

Of course, let's not forget, the GOP's whole platform was inflation and gas prices. A problem they are going to fix by......*checks notes*....Hunter Biden's laptop.
