The thing is there are no credible reports or evidence of a mass event involving the murder of 15 million North Koreans between 2020 and 2023.

I mean you have major human rights abuses and chronic food shortages that have been documented by various international organisations, but nowhere do they claim 15 million North Koreans perished.
