You could try reading the court filing I provided. It goes on to address most of the points you made and how they're wrong.

Rewriting of actual history from the facts that came out in the immediate hours following the incident.
Like Hunter's laptop was Russian propaganda...

DePape called 911 on himself....yeah...right.....actually, the call was made by Elvis, after BigFoot was sent to investigate...

Funny you mention that. This David guy supposedly after being read his rights, waved his rights to remain silent and proceeded to explain in detail multiple felonies that he not only just committed, but future felonies that he was going to commit against the 3rd highest politician in the USA, THEN the following day plead NOT GUILTY?????????

Who smells a fish?

Maybe the public defender is going to try to argue for an insanity plea?

Schizophrenic delusions are the only way to defend a person that opens up in an admissible mission statement like that. If i was a public defender and had a case with a guy that had a messianic complex and delusions of grandeur that's about the only viable defense I could see.

Until more is known I think that's a major false dilemma you're building by asserting there's only one (nefarious) reason for him changing his approach after a statement.

So reports not based on nothing is evidence enough but court filings made by investigators is not evidence?

Just admit you want to believe the narrative that doesn't make the Right look bad and you don't care there's no evidence backing it up.

Might as well ask people to admit there's no empirical evidence to support an afterlife...

Definitely same ballpark..

Who turned out to be the third "unknown" person who let the police in?

They're definitely going to send him to mental health inmate. Thorzine, shock therapy, maybe some experimental scramble your brains stuff.... lobotomy.

He has a free lawyer. Why would he not let the trial play out on the off-chance it gets tossed out?

The free lawyer already knows to chase the insanity plea and is very likely already being paid very well to obfuscate any slanderous details. It's the San Francisco way.

There's an opportunity here for a wealthy "donor" to hire a top-notch defense lawyer and chase a full discovery and open up what really happened. We all know something isn't right here - I'm still leaning towards a lover's quarrel and given the DUI footage of Paul stumbling around like a zombie and then only blowing .08, I feel drugs are involved.

So, who was the unidentified person who opened the door for the police?

Hmm a right wing MAGA terrorist who lives in a hippie commune with Rainbow flags, BLM banners, Che Guevara Posters, Socialist Paraphernalia dotted around the property...

Yup...

That's a Trump Supporting MAGA terrorist if I ever saw one..!!

/sarcasmoff

As of October 28th he was a MAGA right wing radical. Before that he may have been a pro green, hippy pro LGBT homosexual but now the official narrative has to be believed. Insurrection Joe wouldn't lie about it. And what if he was let into the house? Maybe he was kicked out and then broke back in. Probably because he left his clothes there and wanted them back. See, its all simple and believable.

They were identified in the charging documents. It was Paul.

Time to find the truth is your friend and denial is your enemy. All of us.

Is it because you don't have to think too hard to believe the narrative? Seems like with almost every single observation you have poo poohed that I have observed. You need to have some data for that. Find us something please, that helps us understand your point better than "I think" because we have facts to ponder here that you wish to not see even as it piles higher. Real data. This would be just exactly like the three monkey's meme.

The data is right in our face here but some of you just won't even dare connect the dots. How can we help that for people who are doing that and promoting the opposite instead? I hope it is with patience and standing by the truth to the very end. Come look at the dots ATS is showing you and I now. The poo poohing of ideas is ok if you can show a reason we should NOT think this story is about two lovers. One day many of you on the wrong side of this will come to an understanding. I hope for YOUR sake that is before it is too late for you and your family to survive the tyrannical hell you will have promoted "accidently because you believe in it".

I believe a mad man did some dumb sh1t and got arrested. BUT I don't really buy the story of what transpired.
Seems very suspect to happen this close to midterms.......

Ohh and also I choose not to believe certain thins that don't jive with me.
For example I choose to not believe that sport hinting hummingbirds is illegal.

So your explanation is "free lawyer"? Sure, that explains it. If he was as extreme and passionate as he is being painted out to be, why wouldn't he plead guilty. Why would he even take a "free lawyer"?

Wow, talk about misconduct. He was at the door to let the cops in, and they still allowed David and Pauli to have a hammer fight? Just so you grasp all this, it's details like that, that make folks question the narrative. If that's true, the cops were not doing their job very well.

So Paul and the Ultra-Mega MAGA extremist homeless, illegal alien were struggling with hammer(s) while Paul was also opening the door for police.

Makes total sense now.

Police knocked at the door. DePape tried to stop Pelosi from answering. Pelosi grabbed the onto the hammer with his right hand and opened the door with his left. Police demanded they drop the hammer. Either Pelosi let go or DePape yanked it free from Pelosi. DePape hit Pelosi with the hammer. Police subdued DePape.

I've seen that the guy had embraced both left and right wing conspiracy theories, but can't find which ones.

I've also seen that he had other targets, but can't find out who. Were they only Democrats or both parties?

Does anyone have sources for either of these?

Officers recovered zip ties in the bedroom and in the hallway near the front door as well as a roll of tape, rope, a second hammer, a pair of gloves, and a journal in DePape's backpack, the affidavit said.

Who the hell brings their journal with them to do something like this?

He states this was a suicide mission. So it's most likely some kind of manifesto.

Apparently, he also claimed he was Jesus...as well as the anti-Christ.

He sounds more like a Libertarian.

So police didn't know who the aggressor was? Are you claiming that police did not know this was the speaker of the house's husband? In the scenario you are making up, the police would have not known who the aggressor was. It would have been obvious in this situation, so your made up scenario is DEBUNKED.

So if he was on a suicide mission, why is he now claiming he is not guilty after admitting to all his crimes? You would think he would WANT to plead guilty to enforce how passionate he was about completing his mission.
