It was all over the News?

Meanwhile Russia is dropping Iranian drones on civilian infrastructure in Ukraine.

A warship is fair game especially if it's a warship of an invader , civilians not so much.

I'm pointing out the implications of drone warfare and its advancement.
Deployment of unmanned drones to attack enemy infrastructure is a relatively new concept we'll have to get use to.

That's a claim made by Russia. Read the article you linked.

Russia has produced no evidence to back it up. More Kremlin gobbledygook.

No, not necessarily the same, think specifics.

High tech sophisticated vectors, unmanned swarms.

Right and you've proven you can read, incredible job. Hence the reason the source is posted for all to see.

The post isn't about who's right or wrong and the claims made.
It's about the tactics displayed and the who's who of Nations is watching and taking notes.

What an incredible wealth of information and knowledge to digest.

Right and you've proven you can read

And you have proved that you don't know what is going on, when you stated the attack was not widely reported.

You been living under a rock or something ?

I'm not here to argue with you on the irrelevant and inmaterial.

Contrary to your views, it actually wasn't widely reported, more importantly, the premise of such a thing is still being understood.

The article posted is exactly why this lack of insight is unique in warfare.

Unless you have something interesting inresponse to how these new tactics will result in countermeasures, you can dismiss yourself.

A casual Google on "Sevastopol Attacks" comes up with very many MSN results.

It's everywhere.

Try not to get too triggered over a casual discussion on drone warfare.

Brush up on your netiquette, it's pitiful.

Right and who casually googles that? Like AlldayLong, I'm not here to argue about small nitpicks.

If you don't have anything conducive to add, laters?

Saw this yesterday...it seems relevant to the discussion.

Israeli military analyst: 70% of Russia's Black Sea Fleet is incapacitated

"This does not mean that they are drowned, just incapacitated, meaning they can't carry out any offensive actions," Yigal Levin, a military expert and former officer of the Israel Defense Forces, told Radio NV.

kyivindependent.com...

With an approximate pre-war size of 50 ships, that leaves approximately 15 currently capable of offensive operations.

Seems like a great time to revisit the Crimean bridge...if you know what I mean.

Gosh, reading that I had flashbacks of history class, early 80's junior school project!
The concept is exactly the same, damaging explosions delivered remotely...just much greater accuracy now.

As Paul Merton once said:

"During the War there was a saying that "If a bomb had your name on it'? Which was bad news for Mr and Mrs Doodlebug at no 53..."
