Mr Johnson flew to Gatwick Airport in economy alongside his wife and children and there was "mixed reaction" as he and his family boarded the plane before everyone else, according to our US correspondent Mark Stone.
He said several passengers looked "slightly bewildered" and there were a few boos.

Not sure which is worse , snobbery or arrogance which seems to be the US's No1 trait , at least we have something to be snobbish about.
