Will give them another reason to stack the court.
The Supreme Court of the United States shall consist of a Chief Justice of the United States and eight associate justices, any six of whom shall constitute a quorum.
(June 25, 1948, ch. 646, 62 Stat. 869.)
I am not entirely sure where the court gets the authority to overrule the state and federal Supreme Courts.
Republicans have a constitutional amendment in the works that would Constitutionally set the Supreme Court at 9.
That because both Supreme courts said NO to improperly / incorrectly filled out ballots / envelopes. Apparently you are the confused one.

Apparently you are the confused one.
